Healing goes hand in hand with thanksgiving and praise. God rewards a grateful heart, and for instance the woman that gave her room joyfully to the prophet, God answered her prayer.

If you want to be healed you need to make the Lord your desire.

God wants us to prosper physically and mentally. When we are physically well and not spiritually or mentally well then we are definitely not in the right frame.
Biblical definition of miracle is an extraordinary event in the physical world that surpasses all human understanding of what we recognize as God work, Inspired by Lesley white “How to pray for a Miracle”. When Christians think about miracle they talk about supernatural experience that defies natural law.
Wellness is something that you can work on but healing is something that can only be divinely bestowed. Little wonder doctor says we care but God heals.
A typical example of God’s healing power is Dr. Omolola sister that was living with cancer and then had this supernatural experience despite natural law. Doctors told her she couldn’t walk anymore and to the astonishment of doctors, she could walk and also run!
Bible records at least 35 miracles performed by Jesus, which includes:
I. Jesus healing the sick
II. Casting out demons
III. Resurrecting people and many more.
All can be put under divine healing.
When you are need of something; whether money, spouse or child, whatever it may be, you need healing. These miracles include divine energy been exerted on things, for instance:
• The wedding at Canaan, exhaustion of wine, which could have caused embarrassment to the organisers was salvaged through healing that produced a better wine than the former.
• Noah’s Ark: Environmental healing by protecting God’s elect.
• Healing in how Esther stepped up to the plate and helped to deliver the Jews from annihilation.
• Mind healing experienced by the speaker. I was formerly an introvert and shy person.

As a Christian you have to believe in the power that fed 5000 people, the power that holds up the heaven and ensures it doesn`t fall, the power that raised Jesus from dead.
THREE START POINT TO RECEIVE HEALING
1. ASK
For with God nothing shall be impossible (Luke 1 verse 37), you need to ask your creator, but remember God is not your genie; He is God. As such when you ask you’ve got to wait for him to respond.
PRAYER OF REQUEST:
Dear Lord, I thank you for being the God of yesterday, today and forever, I call on you for healing, heal me o lord, heal my heart of hurt from broken relationship, heal me and mend my heart toward you, heal my mind, memories, emotions, body and soul, wrap up your loving arms around me through your limitless love as you said in your word. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
When you pray, you acknowledge and confess your sins before supplicating. You need to learn to pray for insight into your person. If you don’t know yourself, you cannot love. Your problem may not be that you need healing it may be that you don’t know you. You will need to trust God; a lot of times when we don’t believe that God can come through for us are because of unbelief. For instance when you ask God for a brand new car and you are still deliberating within yourself that when will you be able to save and afford a new car, it means you want to do it on your own you are not expecting a miracle.
When we pray for healing, we must be ready for change because you are asking for change. Miracle or healing are transformative and could happen in various ways:
I. It could be change in location.
II. It could be change of family structure.
III. It could be change in career.
IV. It could be change in calling.
V. It could also be change in perspective.
PRAYER 2:
Dear Lord, I’m calling on you to do only what you can do, I am asking for a miracle in my life, I confess my sins, I know that you are the true source of power, guide me o though great Jehovah, heal me o lord and I’ll be healed, touch me divinely and grant me peace concerning my finances and desire for marriage, keep me from your ways o lord and do what you need to do to bless me with destiny changing miracle in Jesus name, Amen.
Prayer is just a medium of talking to your father (GOD).
2. BELIEVE
This is where many people have challenge. You have to believe God’s saving grace for whatever you need healing for otherwise his grace won’t work for you, you have to believe that there is power in the blood of Jesus; you need to believe in the name of Jesus that at that name every knee would bow every tongue would confess. Believing helps your faith to grow.
The only reason you ignite a vehicle is because you believe that inherent in that vehicle is an ability to move, so when it doesn’t move you don’t abandon it you stay there and try to discover the problem. It is the same with prayer when your prayer is not answered, you don’t just abandon it or get upset and walk away. Try to review, introspect and check if there is something or a root cause. You believe that a vehicle has the ability to move so you make it move, if you also believe that there is power in the blood and name of Jesus, what do you do? You do your own part and leave the part of God to him.
You need to believe that you are a miracle that you are part of God’s master plan; you need to believe that God took time to weave you intricately because you’re special. Believe in the power of God in whom there is nothing impossible. Romans 4 verses 16 -22, tells the story of how believe, faith, grace, hope and thanks catalyses the evergreen miracle Abraham experienced. In believing you have to work with God, he requires us to have faith in him. Pray for the faith to believe that there is wonder working power in the essence, name, blood, word and existence of God.
PRAYER 3:
Dear Lord, grant me the ability to see your power working in my life daily, help me to witness your supernatural miracles and divine healing even when I cannot see what you’re doing, I know you’re working out your purpose for my life, thank you for blessing me with your miracles. Amen.
Miracle power is real, it occurs when you have faith and trust in god’s being, essence and existence. Miracles are created through faith and your belief. Yes the power of God is there but it needs your faith and believes for ignition. In Matthew 16 the disciples asked why they couldn’t cast out demon and heal a sick man, Jesus answers in verse 20 points to their unbelief.
Dr. Omolola is a transformational strategist because God has given her the power to heal minds of those who are willing to ask, believe and confess. Those who are willing to yield to the Holy Spirit, it is not her work to change someone, you have to do the yielding, asking, believing and confession of faith which would result in your mental balance wellness and healing.
Many do not acknowledge God’s healing power because they minimize the work of healing in their own lives. If you are saved and you’ve not experienced transformation you need to go back to the drawing board because God transforms lives. He work miracles daily, but many focus on the calamities, dejections and challenges in this world which are caused by Satan because he wants to obliterate the power of God, he wants you to believe there is no God, he messes with your mind.
PRAYER 4:
Dear lord, I call on your miracle power today, please allow this miracle power to penetrate and transform my life inside out, I know that your miracle has the power to transform not only my life but the lives of all those around me, for that I am forever thankful Father, I am grateful, I know you can do it, I am trusting you to do it. Amen.
3. CONFESS
Know that God is greater than any spiritual battle or war that you face, we can never lose the war when we have the strength that comes from God’s power, and it gives us confidence that we’ll not lose the battle. The bible asks us not to lean on our own power but to completely lean on God’s power.
Humans are limited but God’s loves you regardless of how you look or what you face, we have to have God working in us to release his power into us because God does not just give anybody power. God can bless us with power when he knows that we willingly confess our sins. If you’re ready for miracle to begin in your life, call on God stay persistent about it and confess your sins. You can see and do the miraculous when you ask, believe and confess the power in the blood of Jesus. The more you trust in God’s power, the more you speak it, the more you’ll see the miraculous through your life.
What are we to confess?
I. That Jesus is lord and that he was raised from the dead. (Romans10 verse 9)
II. Our sins (1 John 1 verse 9) so we can be forgiven.
III. We are to confess that we healed by the stripes he already shed on the cross of Calvary. (John 5:6)
The prayer of a RIGHTEOUS person is powerful and effective. Romans 12:2 we see the essence of asking, believing and confessing, it helps to renew our mind thereby making something in our lives experience divine healing. When we learn to ask we have remove our lives from those who are stranded because of arrogance. When we believe we position ourselves, our destinies on a level better than millions who are agnostics, unbelievers or Christians who are struggling with believing and unbelieving.
When you are used to saying “but” when asking God for something it shows you are struggling with belief and unbelief. You need to check your BUTS
When we confess we have damaged the hold of Satan because the Bible says “he who hides his sin would not prosper” (Proverbs 28 verse 13). In confession we receive God’s mercy, which is a catalyst for divine healing.
Romans 12 verse 2 “and be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind; that ye may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God”.
Jeremiah 17verse 14(KJV) “Heal me, o lord and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.
Let the words of the above verse become prayer in and for your life. Let it begin to do the work of healing in you.
Release yourself to ask, we do not ask from somebody we know cannot do it but from someone we know that has the capability to do it. Ask and believe that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all you can say or think. Finally confess the power that has saved you and kept you joyful and living. Confess your sin.
