STOP KILLING CHRISTIANS

Dear Family,

I am blessed to be part of a group that PRAYS. Thanks for all we do to lift up ourselves, our leaders and the State in PRAYERS. Grace Always!
I crave our indulgence to read and give consideration to the message below.

As leaders who watch and pray, we must be vigilant and in so doing use our experience and experience of others to reach, teach, preach and heal.
When God led me to pray against unrest this morning, I did not have religious unrest in mind yet I prayed for peace in Nigeria, USA, UK, Israel, Ukraine and beyond.

In Nigeria, the death has occurred of Deborah Samuel, a Christian who responded to religious posts on a class group.
I condemn her killing. Many including the British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Ms. Catriona Laing, has condemned the killing of Deborah Samuel, a Christian female student at Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto State.

A source said trouble started on Thursday morning when Deborah was asked by her colleagues how she managed to pass her exams. Deborah was said to have attributed her academic excellence to Jesus Christ. She also shared via a voice note that posts on the group should be about tests and assignments, not prophet and this angered her colleagues who asked her to withdraw her statement.
Some of her colleagues felt she disrespected Prophet Mohammad and threatened to deal with her. When the tension was high, the school authorities took her to the security room to protect her. Sadly, enraged Muslim students overpowered the security officers, dragged Deborah out, and beat her until she died after which her corpse was set on fire.

As a result of the dastard incidence, angry Muslims are challenging Christian faith and angry Christians are responding with some, on both sides, setting dare lines on and off social media.

Before I share other thoughts, I ask first and foremost that we pray for Deborah Samuel’s family; for consolation and courage. We pray a prayer of forgiveness for the Islamic extremists and fanatics who murdered her in cold blood. Let us also pray that authorities will do everything to serve punishment on all who carried out the barbaric act while hiding under religion.

This is 2022 and all over the world we are still dealing with extremism because human rights include freedom of speech; liberty to express ourselves.

Ours is a faith based group but multi-racial and multi-religious. I have always advocated for rules or policies of engagement and there is no better time than now to broach this subject here.

While I welcome all posts, I do NOT read all posts due to the capacity of my phone which leads it to crash once many images or videos are posted. I have had to leave groups including my alumni group where posts run into gazillion and call for policies was met with stiff opposition from few. Some have left this whatsapp group as well for different reasons, one of which includes report they were not heard or their issues were not given same consideration as others.

I felt unsupported too in the police brutality, social injustice, theft of homes and successor rights fraud I experienced. I reached out to few who never reached me back... I was introduced to this group for solution, and I was promised solution but I have remained a member because rather than push for solution, I can be the solution in and beyond the State.

We need to understand that everyone will not respond to posts or issues the same way because some have formed bonds beyond this medium. Where humans gather, there is bound to be conflict on different grounds. Let us mitigate such by setting rules or policies of engagement.
Policies can be set, using parameters including the following:

What can be posted? Who can post? Why? When? Where? How?

If images and videos are permitted, what type and what is the limit? If not permitted, can such be posted on Facebook or other mediums.

How are issues related to members handled especially when they are shared at meetings? What is the process that determines whether someone’s issue or prayer point is handled as pick and drop, daily, weekly or monthly? How are birthdays celebrated? Who get cards and why? Should birthday greetings be done on this group by a committee while individuals reach out individually to mitigate the feeling that some are better loved or acknowledged than others? What state or national issues can we step into? Which can/should be handled individually or by committee?

What is our stand politically? Do we have a collective stand or can individuals take their own stand. I was NOT in support of a second term for the governor because his first term served no solution to me, my family and my community YET, I prayed for God’s will to be done and I spoke my mind when opportunity was given.

Are we a prayer group for the State or for the governor in which case our existence may be threatened when we have a non democratic governor in power. If for the governor, how do we tap into opportunities while he is a governor. How can we set up a town hall meeting which our members and others would have exclusive right to attend.

I recollect seeing ballroom images with the governor but I cannot recollect seeing invitation posted here. Perhaps it was mentioned during Prayers... When an event is meant for few, should such images be shared on this group, especially if there was no public call for delegates to represent us? [This is one of the issues I addressed on my alumni group when some will go for “caucus” parties only to return to flaunt or taunt us with images.]

These and more are issues that the death of Deborah Samuel is calling us to address. A stitch in time saves nine.

May God Almighty console and comfort Deborah Samuel’s family. May souls who cut her down receive forgiveness from our Lord Jesus Christ. And may the Holy Spirit marshal the justice system to serve justice constitutionally to the extent of the law on all who had hands in her murder.

AMEN. AMEEN.

Taking Dominion by Multiplication by Rev. Dr. Omolola Omoteso

Taking Dominion by Multiplication by Rev. Dr. Omolola Omoteso RCCG Tabernacle of Peace 05.06.2022
I celebrate everyone here present! You will dominate by multiplication in Jesus name. Our beloved mother over this parish, Blessed Pastor Olajumoke Arasanyin and her amiable husband, Pastor Steve Arasanyin made me understand that this is our month of taking dominion by multiplication. I urge us to pay attention to what the Holy Spirit would minister to our hearts. Let us praise and pray: Praise: All other gods, they are the works of man… You are the Most High God, There is none like You. Prayer: Speak through this vessel Lord to renew our minds on how to take dominion by multiplication. Amen. Our core Bible text tonight is taken from Jeremiah 30:19 - And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small. Please go with me to other related texts Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, 1. Be fruitful, and 2. multiply, and 3. replenish the earth, and 4. subdue it: and have 5. dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. With all these promises why are princes and princesses walking barefooted, and slaves riding on horsebacks! That is what is called a travesty! An anomaly! A perversion of divine promise! Let’s look at Psalm 8:6 Psalm 8:6 Thou made him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet: Whose work? God’s work. Who is the him and by implication her, YOU. There are two categories of people that are to fall under our feet - things and infidels who cast aspersion on God, enemies of the creator. Isaiah 60:22 said more about divine dominion bestowed upon us by multiplication A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in his time. This ties in with our text of reference in Jeremiah 30:19 - out of us shall proceed THANKSGIVING. Why? God will multiply us, and we shall not be few. God will add jara, God will add extra - God will glorify us, and we shall NOT be small. Why then have we; fallen short of God’s glory. Romans 3:23 SIN - of commission, of omission, of submission. Let’s break down our terms: Dominion is LORDSHIP. We are gods! Created with the ability to be LORDS over principalities and powers, to influence policies as we follow Jesus, The Ultimate Lord. Multiplication is the process of adding equal groups to achieve increase. Brethren, dominion plus multiplication is God’s desire for beloved humans who trust and obey. To show forth dominion, all that God has put in your care should grow. Open up your palm, what is there? Post in the chat box. In your hand is life and death. In your hand is destiny. Through Baba Enoch and Mama Foluke Adeboye thousands were saved from drugs, babies were delivered to men called impotent and a den of armed robbers became a palace of praise. Let somebody shout hallelujah! What are you using your own dominion for? One area it is to be used for is to grow all God has put in your hands. We are to use our dominion to multiply souls, to multiply grace, long life, godliness, peace and virtues! God’s church is built NOT just on Peter but on each of us, how have we ensured the church is not obscure. How can we ensure that no decision is taken in Trenton without consulting the Christian community. How can we use that dominion to increase the kingdom of God so we can depopulate the kingdom of satan. How have you grown? What have you grown? Can you look around you and bless God for hearts that have been transformed, saved, healed, delivered from bondage, released into destiny fulfilment because of your audacity to walk in dominion and power. Dearly beloved: The Lord “grew” as recorded in Luke 2:52: And Jesus increased in wisdom (mental) and stature (physical), and in favour with God (spiritual) and man (social).” If we want to become like the Saviour, and exude dominion we must grow. We cannot grow is our Christian life if we keep doing three steps forward, two steps back. How do we grow when many sign into the fear by joining unbelievers to say returning to in person church service is not safe yet they go to work and to the malls. Multiplication without dominion is subjugation, which is slavery. When we do not dominate, we would be dominated. Pharaoh had dominion over Israelites and Israelites became slaves. It took one man and his brother to rise to the power of dominion, look at Pharaoh in the eyes and say let my people go. Audaciously he said it 8 times! Moses, due to divine dominion, which was multiplied in his team, became a diplomatic negotiator who freed God’s people from bondage. How I wish his story ended there. The same people he used his divine dominion to save, pushed him till he in anger struck the Rock of Ages. Please begin to decree: Lord Almighty, the pride of life will not push me to strike you. At the point of anger, pride and offence had dominion in Moses life, which made him lose a major reward of entering the Promised Land. But God had mercy on him; he saw the land. So who or what has dominion in your life? Brethren pray, in whatever way I have offended you God, forgive me, have mercy upon me and rewrite my story. Let us look at 5 tenets of taking dominion by multiplication. These tenets are effective in every facet of life, if appropriately applied. 1. Communication Communication is the art of imparting or exchanging of information. There are three salient aspects reading, talking or asking and listening. If God hears you more than others hear you, and you listen to God and obey His Word, your dominion will be effective and birth results. What information are you feeding your wife, husband, children, pastors? You are hardwired by God to dominate, talk to your Dear Father: say my father my father help me to dominate challenges positioned to sink me. 2. Cooperation To dominate there must be cooperation. Divinity decided, let us. When Jesus was depressed He cried out, my father my father! Cooperation is working together to achieve the same positive end, a common purpose or toward the same benefit. 3. Collaboration One will chase a thousand and two 10,000 that is not mathematics; that is synergy. That is divine unification of minds. Those who must dominate must collaborate. If we collaborate to celebrate our pastors or to build the church, the pastors or church will turn round to bless you. Collaboration is agreeing to work with others to produce or create something better or to achieve objectives. All these three are necessary to enable us take dominion by multiplication. 4. Communion This is the next ingredient and this is beyond the Holy Communion. The communion of saints includes breaking bread together, fellowship in person where we can see and feel one another. The communion is never done without a table; at the table leaders resolve conflict. If there was communion between Ukraine president and Russia president the military power they possess would not have been used to destroy and demolish. Communion is sharing or exchanging of intimate thoughts and feelings, especially on a mental or spiritual level. Christian Wife has dominion. Christian Husband has dominion, how do you come to the place of communion to use that power of dominion to dominate over pain, poverty, crisis, challenges, and battles of life rather than to war against one another. How do we commune to use the power of dominion to force corrupt politicians out of power. How would you experience dominion when you have not banded with others to create or acquire what you can dominate. The Jews buy up territories and they dominate. The last tenet is the one that destroys dominion and multiplication: 5. Complacency Feeling of uncritical satisfaction with oneself or one's achievements.... I celebrate myself but I also constructively criticise myself. After every message I withdraw to re-read, listen more, do a post-moterm as we do in broadcast media to see what could have been done better. I either file my message away or when so led by God continue to improve on it and at times out it online as an e-book. Complacency destroys dominion because often times it drives us into ease too soon. Brethren, in Joshua 13:1 God expressly said to Joshua who was well advanced in age: "You are very old, and there are still very large areas of land to be taken over…” Joshua was called to more work with specific lands to be possessed. It was in the place of ease that David became an adulterer and soon a murderer. My mothers and fathers, uncles and aunties, mates and junior mates, and my dear children, is Amos 6:1 in your Bible? Woe to them that are at ease in Zion! Verse 3 nko, woe also to those that put far away the evil day, and cause the seat of violence to come near! Marriages are breaking. Children are becoming rebellious and abandoning the ancient Christian landmark. Politicians are enslaving us. Medical marketers are selling sickness. Many lost dominion because we refused to multiply our kind by evangelism! The world is under siege because Christians rested too soon! The words of a song says Christian seek not yet repose. Kristiani ma ti wa simi! Jeremiah 30:19 - and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small. You are not the one marking your work sheet on whether you have succeeded or not, on whether you have multiplied enough or not. It was in famine that Isaac sowed. There was no rain when Noah built the ark. How dare you cut short that which God is able to achieve through you because of complacency?! In the parable of the talent one went to hide his talent rather than to multiply it. What happened? He was damned! Do not be at ease in Zion. I will NOT be damned in Jesus name. Zechariah 4:7 records - Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it. Who is troubling your Jerusalem What is troubling your Jerusalem When is your Jerusalem troubled Why is your Jerusalem troubled Where is your Jerusalem troubled How is your Jerusalem troubled Let me pause a little. Jesus had a team because he grew a team. If you have grown no team, who then will you call when your Jerusalem is troubled? Who have you poured love or lessons into to position you to draw therefrom in the day of need? When I became homeless I had no phone access to reach anyone. The information reached a woman as a side talk but because I had sown into her, hearing my situation became the catalyst for action. She is part of my increase; she jumped in to wipe away the reproach. One thing is sure with dominion and the strength of your increase every great mountain threatening your dominion will crash. My brother was concerned about returning to Nigeria during off and on lockdown. He wanted to change his ticket but he decided to call me. I said let me ask God. After I prayed, I said to him don’t change your ticket. If the airline can no longer fly your stay in the UK would be legitimised, and the airline would be saddled with the responsibility of rescheduling you. I could say that audaciously because I stood in the place of dominion. Guess what, Emirates could not fly to NG and it became the airlines headache. What is troubling you? Know that you have dominion. What will trouble you? Have you sown into a well you can draw from: Say to yourself - Dig your ditches 2 Kings 3:16-19. Shout out someone’s name and say - Dig your ditches. And he said, “Thus says the Lord: Make this valley full of ditches.’ For thus says the Lord: ‘You shall not see wind, nor shall you see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, so that you, your cattle, and your animals may drink.’ And this is a simple matter in the sight of the Lord; He will also deliver the Moabites into your hand. Audacity of taking dominion! How many will go and start digging ditches when there is no rain! But if you have communion with the Trinity you will trust and obey. One day Elijah the Tishbite said there shall be no rain! 1 Kings 17:1 Elijah the Tishbite, from among the settlers of Gilead, confronted Ahab: “As surely as GOD lives, the God of Israel before whom I stand in obedient service, the next years are going to see a total drought - not a drop of dew or rain unless I say otherwise.” Multiplication without dominion and dominion without multiplication is subjugation, which is slavery. Your case is even worse if you have not been called, justified or glorified. So before I lead us to pray, I ask that if you are yet to surrender to Lord God Almighty, it is time to say, Lord Jesus I surrender all. I surrender all (sing)… If you sang that song, reach out to the Pastor or anyone in Follow Up and Counselling. Prayer Points 1. Lord thank you for my divine positioning as one with dominion and power to multiply 2. Grant me the grace to place value on your divine wiring that makes me higher than animals and angels Hebrews 1:6-9 But when he again brings his firstborn into the world, he says, “Let all the angels of God worship him!” 7 And he says of the angels, “He makes his angels spirits and his ministers a flame of fire,” 8 but of the Son he says, “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, and a righteous scepter is the scepter of your kingdom. 9 You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness. So God, your God, has anointed you over your companions with the oil of rejoicing.” 3. Pray that God’s original promises, destiny and original glory will begin to speak concerning your life 4. Pray that sin will not steal your dominion, everywhere your seeds and ability to multiply has been demoted or diminished you will experience restoration There is a miracle on our way… 5. Begin to decree over yourself as you rejoice; say, 1. By God I am fruitful, 2. By God I will multiply, 3. By God I will replenish the earth 4. By God I will God subdue the earth: 5. By God I have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
