Girls, Guys and God

GIRLS, GUYS AND GOD – Q+A SESSION (TRANSCRIPTION)
AN ONLINE MEETING WITH FGC ODOGBOLU CHAPEL STUDENTS
GUEST: DR. OMOLOLA OMOTESO

Salutation:
For those in Nigeria, good afternoon, for those in all other places, say America, good morning. Good day to you all. My name is Dr. Omolola Omoteso. I refer to myself as a Transformational Strategist but I do so many other things to the glory of God. I'll go right to the first question.

1. How can I balance my spiritual life and academic life?

How can I balance my spiritual and academic life? The question is already starting from a faulty premise because you don't have two lives, you have just one life. So, it should be "How do I balance my life?" . "How may I balance my life?" So, “how do you balance your life?" You have to go to your schedule. We all have 24 hours in a day. What do you want to achieve? Being a spiritual person is the core of who you are, and that is why if you are not getting enough sleep, you may not be getting messages, heaven may not be speaking to you. So you need to sit down and analyse your time. Sometimes, part of your schedule or part of your day is already taken up by things you can't change. If you are in class, if you have to go work, your employer is paying you to use your time, that's it. If you are going to school, you are investing time. So you need to now look at the remaining hours, sleep time is essential. I am still struggling with that… You need to sleep because it is during sleep you get messages, you get divine messages. So, you need to split what is left of your time. Give or take you give 6 to 8 hours to your sleep, if 8 hours is already taken up by work, there's still 8 more hours. Now, you need to pay a tithe of time, a lot of people struggle with that. A tithe of your time is either 2 hours, 40 minutes or if you are mathematician you count it to the last minute, so you know that you have to go to the basic of how many minutes are there in 24 hours. So to balance, you have to be a little bit partial and give more time to what you need more from. For instance, if you have a relationship, you need to invest time in that relationship; you have to. You alone can balance it, BUT you need the help of God and you need the help of the Holy Spirit. We can ask more questions on this later but this is my answer to that. God bless you.

2. Since God knows what is best for me, in what areas of my life do I need to trust him most?

I did say that I’m a Transformational Strategist, and that means I heal people's minds, you know. I do whatever God directs to change people's mindset. If you say that God knows what is best for you, then you need to trust him in all ways, everything; even what you put in your mouth. And that is where prayer over food comes from. You know, I go as far as asking God about what to wear when I'm going to occasions. There was a particular occasion I went to, which was an anniversary of a women's group for which I was the secretary many years ago. Those there now don't know my role or the position I held, I was actually the secretary to the Pastor-in-charge. So I was going to go to this church after so many years and I had to ask God-what do I wear? And he pointed to what I should wear and I wore it. Guess what? When I got to the event… most events have two colours when they are doing colour coding and all that in Nigeria. But this event, they had three colours. What I had on, had the three colours. People were asking me - did anybody show you what we were going to wear? Were you told the colours? God did! So, you need to trust him; it is challenging. I'm still working at it because there are times you feel - I can see it, I know it! But the fact that God asked you to drive in your car yesterday to go to a particular place does not mean God would want you to drive today. Baba Adeboye of RCCG told a story of how when he was going somewhere, God said - take this route. And he said - ah ahn.. but where I'm going is just this place, why should I take, I mean, that long place. So, he had it his own way and of course God would not force you. Guess what? The place he thought was very close had an accident or something had happened, he did not get to where he was going until hours later, he had to ask God for forgiveness. So, in what areas of your life do you need to trust God? Excuse me? Seriously? You need to trust him in all areas! You need to trust Him for your daily bread, your academics. You could be very intelligent and on the day you're supposed to "sweep" your exams as they call it, you know, pass in flying colours; you have a headache that stops you from leaving bed or you don't even wake up. We have a mate that died after he got into the university. Brilliant. But he had a stomach ache; stomach ache! And he did not make it alive. You need need to trust God in all areas.

3. Does my level of involvement in my church demonstrate that I love God and his purposes?

I welcome all those joining us, for me, this is big, the big! This is the first WhatsApp Conference for FGCO that I'm attending. We've done a lot of groups, you know, the alumni, the umbrella body, which is FGCO Old Students Association and I've been telling them, we need to do a conference and this is a conference. So, thank you so much for having me. The question is does my level of involvement in my church demonstrate that I love God and His purposes? Of course! If you put in a lot of work, everybody can see that you love God. But then, does it really demonstrate genuine love, sincere love; only God can award you marks! For loving him, and for doing things according to his purpose and I will explain. When I was in FGC Odogbolu last year to have a counselling project; one or two of you may have joined us. One of the students I counselled said to me, "I had spiritual gifts. I could prophesy, I could see things but I lost it." And she left it there. Then the Holy Spirit immediately said to ask her, “What did you do, as it relates to your involvement in church - you did something?" And she bowed her head in shame and she said me, "I stole money from the offering bag." She said but, “the Lord convicted me of it, I reported to my parents I asked for forgiveness and restituted".. or maybe she didn't restitute, I can't remember the full details because I try not to note down their names so I don't go sharing their names or anything like that. Anyway, I said to her - that's it right there. That's why you lost your gift. According to her, well I've done everything I need to do why is the gift not back. You cannot hurry God to bring back your gift! It would take time, it would take conviction that you are repentant. Some of you sing so well in church, you are committed to rehearsals and everything and everybody can see. It shows that you love God and you are working according to His purpose. But guess what? If you just left a woman who is not married to you, you just left her house after sex to go and hold the microphone, God is not happy with you. Your involvement is not demonstrating to God that you love Him. Also, the Bible says; that you should commit that he would bless the work of your hands. Have you ever asked - what work will He bless? What work will He bless.

4. What is the fastest means to growing up spiritually, prior my initial belief, keeping my spiritual life seems very hard especially in this world of temptations.

The fourth question seems to asking for shortcuts (smiles). I wish I know some that I can quickly take in order to win God's heart more! What is the fastest way to grow up spiritually prior my initial belief, keeping my spiritual life seems very hard especially in this world of temptation. That question is lumped together but I will try and unravel it. Shortcuts, none. To growing up spiritually, zero. Ko si shortcuts. Ba shortcuts. There is no shortcut to growing up spiritually. There are shortcuts to growing up physically; not really growing up physically but to be successful or to be seen as being successful by the world, there are shortcuts. But with God there is no shortcut. The way to grow, is for you to invest time. I already spoke about time. I already spoke about being partial with your time for what you really want to draw more from. So, the fastest means of growing spiritually is for you to invest time in prayers. And it's not selfish prayers ...seeking God's face. For me, there were times that I had to go the mountains. Recently, I spent 10 days with a Spiritual Leader, just having a team pray with me. In fact, when I got to the room I was supposed to be lodged in, I almost ran back. I was like ..what is this! (laughs). I won't even put, you know... (grins)… Anyway, let me leave it there (laughs). So, investing. That's the word. You have to invest time in studying the Bible. You have to invest time in listening to men and women of God, because God shares his heart through them. You have to invest time in conferences, you have to invest time in friendship with people of God. You have to invest time in reading your Bible! There are hidden truths in the Bible. Before, for me to receive spiritual messages concerning somebody I'm counselling, it would take quite some time, I have to pray. But now, you sit in front of me and God is already giving me messages about you because I would have prayed ahead! And so when you come for counsel, my spiritual eyes of understanding are opened and I can immediately tell you. There was somebody that came to me, you know, he was having challenges - money, everything. And he wanted to like – “Omolola I need to talk to you, I need to talk to you” - because we were colleagues. And I said no, you need to schedule. Normally, I would have asked you to pay but I know you so don't worry about payment but you need to schedule. I ask people to schedule because I need to spend time to pray about it. And when it was time - my prayer just before we started was, “Holy Spirit reveal, Holy Spirit reveal” - and I said to him, “You pray.” And as he was praying God revealed to me that he did business with somebody and he cheated the person out of profit. Now, I wouldn't have known that if I tried to do shortcuts. So, for you to gain more, for you to be a spiritual giant, you need to invest time, especially in this world of temptation. Thank you. Let me add to that, you don't have a spiritual life separate from your secular life. You have just one life! So, if you want to grow spiritually, yes, you can grow spiritually because you have your social, spiritual, environmental, physical you know. Thats why we talk about your physical health, you have your mental, your psychological... If you want to grow spiritually, you need to invest time, invest time sincerely. Thank you. Let me quickly correct question four. . There is nothing like prior my initial belief. If you say prior my initial belief - then you are saying before your initial belief. If you are saying at your initial belief - at your initial belief you just know that you believe in God, that's it. You just believe in God. So, you are really empty spiritually, you're just at a point where you may have grown up as a Christian, yes. You may have something in you already but you need to build. You need to now build on whatever you know or whatever you have or whatever level you are on.

5. Is it a must I speak in tongues, I have been doing so but it's as if I am saying rubbish?

Speaking in tongues - this is a full course on its own but I'll make it simple. Is it a must I speak in tongues, I have been doing so but it's as if I am saying rubbish? First, do you understand what it means to speak in tongues. It's also called GLOSSOLALIA. What does it mean to speak in tongues? Because if you understand the meaning, then, you would not feel like you're speaking rubbish. It is the language of the spirit, it's a language that somebody somewhere understands. It's a language of the spirit. It's suppose to strengthen you spiritually, confuse Satan because one of the ways Satan and his messengers get to us is that we say a lot of things in understanding and they too can understand. If transmitters can pick waves, then they can pick up these things. But when you speak in spiritual language, then you confuse Satan. But guess what, the Bible says there should be people who can decode. So at times when we're speaking in tongues, if it's not in worship or not directly to God, we really shouldn't be speaking! We're supposed to speak in tongues in context of other people, decoding what we've said - for the edifying of the church. So, if it's for you or yourself, then it's private. If it's in public, then it should be in worship or direct prayer to God. Now, He understands, so because he understands you're not speaking rubbish. God understands the heart of children. God understands the babble of children. My mum used to understand when a child is babbling. She'll tell you what the child is saying and I learned it from her - I'm able to tell parents this is what your child is saying and they look at me weird (laughs). So, it is not rubbish. It may be rubbish to people who are hearing you because they do not understand. Just the same way if I start speaking French now, some of you will say, "Kilonso, s’alaye e fun mi. Kilonso, decode e fun, mi” (Yoruba for - What is she saying, please explain to me). You know, I once spoke at an event and a young man came to meet me and he just started fumbling in French and I responded to him and he said, "Ah mo gbe, mo da’ran, mummy gbo French... Meaning, for those who don't speak Yoruba - "Ah, I'm in trouble, mummy understands French. I don't understand more than what I just said". So you see, speaking in tongues is not rubbish. There are times you can’t even put in words, at those times, you can speak in the spirit and the spirit will hear you because you're not speaking to humans. But in the context of the church, that's why you have prophetic churches like 'Aladura' churches where somebody would "enter into the [realm of the] spirit" as they say, and another Elemi, another spiritual person who can decode would begin to decode. Of course, some of it are lies but some of it are very very true. God bless you. Crosswalk.com/faith/spirituall-life/10-things-to-know-about-speaking-in-tongues.html.

6. Is there a real hell and why would a loving God send anyone there?

Question 6 is a question that comes up in Philosophy and generally in the world. Is there a real hell and why would a loving God send anyone there? That's a very technical question. Is there a real hell? The Bible says, yes. There is heaven, there is hell. But whether it is a particular location here on Earth, no, it's not a particular location here on Earth otherwise we would point to it and we would find a way to just, you know, protest against it (grins) and whatever we need to do. The Bible says there is Hell and there is Heaven. So I'm going to leave it at that, I'm not going to question what has become unimaginable to a lot of human minds. A loving God, yes, a loving God; He wouldn't want to send anybody there and that's why he went as far as putting Himself forward as a propitiation. We talk about God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. This is the Triune God. A God who is actually one but as three persons; it's mystery to our ears, right? It’s three in one. So when we say Jesus came, that's part of the God-Head. So, technically He sent Himself, He sent a version of Himself. He sent His son, but who is actually a version of Himself, to the world. So he already made the sacrifice just so that we don't perish. If you have a child, and you correct the child all the time and the child does the same thing, some parents have gone as far as saying I am going to disinherit you. I am going to make sure that my will, my Living Will does not contain anything for you because you're grieving my soul. That is how God must feel. He created us. He is loving. And that is why I say there is God in every human. Even the rapist, the terrorist, the killers and my sermon has been locate that God in them; minister to that love that they carry. No human being was born to destroy, no human being was born to cheat in exams - let's bring it home or cheat at work, present other people's work as yours. No human being was born with that mind. We were birthed into the world and we picked it up from here because the nature of our parents was already sinful. But God did not fashion human beings that way. So, if you can minister to their hearts, if you can get to the core of their minds, then you are able to transform them. So, yes, God is loving, He doesn't want to send people to hell and he's done everything and He's still doing everything. What did he do to Saul, He had to go and confront him... He had done everything to try and change Saul, He had to go and confront him; making him blind! That was the God of love putting in tough love. So God doesn't want to send anybody there, He had given us everything we need to prevent you from going there but when you say - 'I gotta go, I must go' this God let's you have your way and so you send yourself right into hell. God forbid that any of those on this timeline would end up in that kind of eternity where all you do is gnash your teeth and beat a fire that you cannot stop, God forbid. But it's not just about, 'God forbid', you need to work at it to make sure you don't become a candidate for hell, God bless you.

7. How can I stay focused on God's presence daily and have faith in him, especially when he feels distant and silent? How can I stay focused on God's presence daily and have faith in Him, especially when he feels distant and silent? God shouldn't feel distant, he shouldn't. If you know Him, if you understand Him. It's a loving relationship, you know. I wake up in the morning or whenever I wake up depending on when I go bed and I can immediately feel God. As I'm opening my eyes, I'm saying thank you Jesus for another beautiful day, because I see him even in my being alive. When I set my alarm for instance for 10.30AM on days that I go to bed maybe 6AM, having worked all night. If I set my alarm for 10.30AM, the Holy Spirit would always wake me at least 5 or 2 minutes before. That is God letting me know that He's present. I once received court papers over three hundred pages in a case of fraud; in a case steeped in fraud. And when I got it I almost bursted into tears, where am I going to start reading this from! And my heart, my mind said a word of prayer. And as I opened, believe it or not, I opened to the most important page in the document. A page where they put something that was against the Plaintiff. That is God. So you must understand the person of God, especially the person of the Holy Spirit, so you don't go looking for physical reasons to prove that God is present. You don't need air to blow in (makes sound of breeze), so you'll say 'Oh, God is here!’ No. You can just literally feel him. Somebody once said to me, your bedroom does not have a lock (laughs), you know, in my home in the US, and I smiled. If it has a lock, a gun can burst it open, right? So I'm protected by God. Some people went to check babalawo (Yoruba for traditional priest) and they came to me to say, "We saw you! "We saw you! We saw you moving around the house, you were holding candle, you were doing procession, you think that would save you" and I smiled. I was praying with my Prayer Partner and we were both trying to decode, “Was it in Google they saw me? Where did they... I didn't do candle... I didn't... and immediately the Holy Spirit dropped in our minds, they went to check mediums. Angels are surrounding your house with lights, but all they could see were humans, because they are limited. So to stay focused, immerse yourself into God and gradually God would become more evident to you. He is never distant, He is never silent. He may not speak directly to you all the time but He's speaking for us, His blood on the cross is making atonement for us daily, or should I say per second. God bless you.

8. It's really looking hard for me to be spiritual, it's as if am not just getting it, today am in Christ, tomorrow I'm in sin. I have fasted, prayed, done all I can, it makes me feel empty, sad, but I don't just know what to do. Thank you for this question. It's really looking hard for me to be spiritual, it's as if am not just getting it, today am in Christ, tomorrow I'm in sin. I have fasted, prayed, done all I can, it makes me feel empty, sad, but I don't just know what to do. There's one more thing you're yet to do if you're struggling this hard with Christianity. It's not like people don't fall into sin; people do - Spiritual Giants do; I do, I'm human but the Holy Spirit convicts you of what you've done wrong. But when you're talking about falling, as in, it has become a cycle. When people ask me, "Am I a sinner", no, I'm not a sinner! "But do you sin?" Oh yes, infrequently I do, but I'm not a sinner. But what you've described is somebody who is a sinner, who keeps falling and stumbling, you know, like the person is just learning to walk. Guess what? You're yet to yield to the Holy Spirit. You've got to put your will into His hands. That is what it really means. Christianity is being like Christ. You cannot be like Christ without giving yourself fully to him. You can't give him 85% and say, you see this sexuality part, Ehn, Baba o ye ko understand now (God, you ought to understand), I would have to hold this one myself because I need somebody to charge my battery. You can't do that. You have to give your will completely to Him. If you're feeling sad today, feeling happy tomorrow, it's because you're yet to tap into the joy of salvation. The joy does not come from you having money in your account. In fact, on days when I don't have money, people would see me so happy they can't believe I don't have money because God is my banker! If God is your banker is not about what is in your account! Right now, I have a personal account that is not run by me. Somebody else has the token, somebody else has everything on that account and when I'm going to the ATM, I just go with confidence, I don't know whether money is there but I'm trusting my banker would not disappoint me. So, you need to give your will over to God. You see, as a Christian, there are 3 roads to it. One is your accepting Christ. Another, is your confessing Christ, actually living in Christ because you can accept Christ and not live in Christ, it doesn't make you a Christian. People saw you coming out for altar call but you have not given your will to him; you are yet to give yourself to him. You are yet to do things that shows that you're a Christian. And finally, you now giving yourself to him. You see, when a man propose to a woman she has to accept. After accepting you do the confession publicly, you go in public and you ask again - let's be sure that we're really doing this. And public could be one person, two people, whatever you chose... a crowd! And finally, you have to physically give yourself! When two people get married and there's no consummation of the marriage which is there's no sex, the marriage can be annulled, because it means they didn't give themselves - you didn't give yourself to that man or that man didn't give himself to you. If there's no consummation there's really no marriage. So spiritually, the consummation is you yielding yourself, your will, your everything to God. Your money too! Praise the name of the Lord.

9. How can I make the best use of what God has given me?

How can I make the best use of what God has given me? The simple answer is for you to use what God has given you to God's glory, and I'll use an analogy. A thousand dollars came into your hands. You have so many things you can achieve with a thousand dollars but God said to you, take 500, go to xyz home, give it to the woman there and you say, "Get thee behind me Satan. Get thee behind me Satan! $500 to a woman I don't know, lailai!” (meaning, no way!) But God has given you a gift, a money gift and He is directing the use of the money gift but suddenly you are taking ownership of that money and saying, "No, I will not.” Is that the best use of what God has given you? No. God has given you a voice for instance, to sing, and He wants you to sing gospel but you said to yourself - Ah, gospel artists? It takes time before they make money, I have to do rap. That is not the best use of what God has given you. For a long while, Ebenezer Obey (now Pastor Ebenezer Obey), who is the Overseer at the The Cross Church was into the world, he was using his gifts in a secular way but guess what? Because God was still in charge, Obey wasn't really singing razz songs, his songs were still inspiring and edifying and even today as a Pastor he can still sing some of those songs because I trust he yielded part of his will to God. He decided to glorify God in whatever he was doing even though he was living in sin. So how best can I use what God has given me? To the glory of God, as directed by God, as led by God. I had my calling into ministry as far back as when I was in high school, but I told God - look for someone else to your job. Yes, you've given me this gift but I am not going to do ministry. Later on, I decided to do ministry; money wasn't coming in, excuse me? “See people I prophesied for, see people I did this for, see people I did that for, they are not giving back! Oluwa, hold your job!” But what is the best use of God's gift, it is to lift other people up, it is to bless humanity, that's why he gives gifts. That's why; to edify the church, to bless the world. Science today is helping so many people, but much more than science, is Love. If we can love one another, we won't have a lot of fraud in the world, we won't have selfishness and greed and the kind of hate that leads to racialjudicial-racism. So the best way to use God's gift is to use it to glorify him. I'm not saying that you have to do everything gospel, No! I don't only minister to people in the church, I don't only speak, I present academic papers as well. But, everything I do is focused on glorifying God. And when God says don't do something, it means don't do it! So, the best use of my talent is to glorify God, to advance His kingdom, and to bless humanity.

10. Last question ma, I always feel bored and sleepy when I want to read my Bible or pray, what can I do ma?

Remember, that the Bible says that the flesh wars against the spirit, the flesh wars against the spirit. Satan does not want anybody reading the bible. You want to get into the truth of God’s Word? Of course, something is going to fight it. But you see, when you schedule your hours and you commit time to it and you pray and you ask the Holy Spirit to help you… Many people try to mediate, maybe a husband and wife or two friends are quarrelling and they try to mediate – they say “you say your own, you say yours” and they want to do it by flesh. At the end of the day, they can pour the contention on your head, because guess what? You don’t have the professional skills and you don’t have the spiritual skills to handle it. The first thing to always do is to say, let us pray – so you bring their minds, their hearts under God. You bring the spirit of contention under God. So, when you pick your Bible, don’t try to read your Bible in bed, you’re gonna sleep, except maybe your bed as become your chair, you’re gonna sleep. So, after your praise, your worship or whatever you want to do, sit comfortably, sit in a chair, be alert! If the bed is the only thing you have, sit up right! Be alert! And say – Holy Spirit, help me. Illuminate my mind. Block out every interference. And decide what you want to read, Don’t just say I’m reading Psalm 103 or I’m reading Psalm 119, decide what you want to read, why you want to read it and focus! Sit comfortably, have a manual or a jotter, so that in between, you are jotting things so your mind is active, your hand is active, If you’re just reading, even when you read your school books for a long time, the only thing that motivates you is because you want to pass. So something should also be a push factor when you’re reading the Bible – I want to know more about this God, I want to know more about my lover! That’s it! If you’re reading a love note, you don’t fall asleep, because your lover as written to you and you are excited about reading it. That is the kind of excitement you should bring into reading the Word of God. If you’re reading a portion that is dragging you down because it’s like – he said… she said… or maybe about building the temple… and buying this gold etcetera, then go to a part, start from a part that resonates with you. The Psalms… The book of John, Luke… the gospel, you know, start from the things that come alive as you’re reading it and gradually move to those things that may appear “not to be interesting” but they matter! When you read the early part of the bible you’ll see how detailed God is, He is giving them all the details, the kind of gold, the kind of wood; its amazing! And that is how detailed we should be as Christians. But before you get into that, start from a point where you are comfortable, then it means to you, it is interesting, it makes sense, and then gradually go to those parts you consider hard. And don’t forget, always start with, “Holy Spirit, help me” and that will keep boredom away, that will keep sleepiness away. See it as you’re reading a love letter from your lover who is God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit and boredom, sleep, would be kept at bay.

Focus on Jesus Isaiah 45:22

During Spoken Word: Feast of Esther USA

Dear One,

I will like to warn you against many forwarded messages asking women or wives to do this and do that without any caution or counsel for men or husbands.

If you are an angel and you marry a mad man, if God does not help you, the marriage will break and people will still blame you.

A sister shared with me how even before she married, herself and her husband-to-be enjoyed sex, only for them to marry and household wickedness had made him satanically impotent meaning each time they needed to have sex, he would not have an erection.

But did she have children? Oh yes! How? She aligned with God rather than reading must-do mantras.

She shared that if she followed doctors and others said, she may never have conceived because she got pregnant outside ovulation periods. For one conception, her husband had returned from a trip feeling horny. Even though she had been told it is "dirty" to make love during menses, she gave in to his advances because he was travelling again the next day.

Brethren! She conceived!

I warn you against all these tall order messages attempting to make women machines.

I hope someone writes the version for men in reference to forwarded do this do that and religiously share it as folks share the one for women. I'll look for a copy I did for men some years back and share here so many can share with their men...

But over and beyond writing rejoinders, I urge you to keep your eyes on Glorified Jesus. Hebrews 12:2

Emotions are natural. It is why the Bible never said never be angry. Jesus was so angry that he whipped or whopped scoundrels out of the sanctuary.

Christian women are taught of the Lord and treat husbands or ought to treat husbands and others right. But some in the name of being submissive and subservient have died nonsense death like Osinachi and others. Jesus paid the capital price we do not need more self electing martyrs!

Many people quote submission but I once drew attention in church to 1 Peter 3:7. Honour = High Respect, Great Esteem.

Teach your boys and men to give honour to girls and women and many homes would be restored.

But for the wisdom Abigail used, she would have died with her foolish husband.

Some things are plain logical reasoning. If you are unable to sleep all night because your husband snores heavily, have another room till your prayer is answered or he gets medical help. Do sex when he is awake and head to your room to sleep well. Do not suffer insomnia in the name of love! If you die loving, he will live marrying!

If your husband has HIV/AIDS every attempt for him to make love without durex is attempt to kill you. Give him all the love but avoid deep kissing and use rubber!

Live humanly and humanely or leave abusive men rather than becoming a machine or modifying yourself to fit into narcissist ego!

Vashti was not a bad woman; her narcissist husband edited her out of destiny... God allowed it because He needed a Jewish alternative.

Should I then pray that real Christian women will take the place of all non-Christian women married to narcissist men through whom God may wish to fulfil destiny?!

Many will not say AMEN, especially if your man is like Persian king, Ahasuerus (Xerxes I).

Though we praise Esther and many speak highly of her, how many Christian mothers today will let their daughters do what Esther did? Today, many control their children out of destiny!

When I received a message from God and told a minister what God ministered to me that they should go ahead and have sex during the first trimester, he said that is not what the doctor said. Guess what, they lost the pregnancy. Whose report will we believe? That of ungodly doctors, motivational speakers or God through His prophets.

Thank God they listened thereafter to the voice of the Holy Spirit and God blessed them. Keep your eyes and mind on Jesus. Let God be your anchor!

Some women no longer know how to play with their darling darlington, because they are following forwarded motivation from speakers who may not even read the Bible. When last did you tickle him and run around the house with him? That is what men enjoy with girlfriends and mistresses they shower gifts on. He can no longer run his hands through your hair because you wrap to church and super wrap to bed in case you wake for midnight cry. May you not end up doing day cry when your honey is siphoned!

The food he refuse to cook with you because you will nag him out of existence, he is cooking with someone else who may be less educated or even older than you!

Biko, let your hair down and PLAY! Then enter the holy of holies cloud anywhere the scenes end, especially if you are both home alone.

So what did Esther do? Esther was encouraged to join a beauty contest where the king made love to, had sex with all the maidens ahead of choosing one as his bride; all those not chosen were banished from ever marrying! Esther was NOT lucky, she was chosen. Esther did NOT enjoy her marriage, she enjoyed the grace which led her set her people free. Her mission was not me and my husband, her destiny mission was emancipation from slavery!

Will you register your teenage daughter to contest to be a governor's second wife but first lady? If God says she is chosen, will you obey when you know pastors and sisters may not believe your God said.

Let us remember that the Proverbs 31 woman died long ago in the days when women did not have to endure traffic and engage telephones!

Prayer

I want you to go ahead and call God the names He is to you. Deliverer, Lifter of my head, King of my destiny, Lover of my soul, My Healer, My Banker and My Sustainer. My Overflow! Thank you Lord for a time like this; another time in your presence. To you be all the glory in Jesus name.

Psalm 119:130 records, The entrance of God's Word giveth light and understanding to the simple. Lord Jesus simplify our minds. Use the words shared through me to transform lives to the glory of your majestic name. I hide behind the cross of Jesus to decree and declare that the water of God’s WORD from these lips of clay will heal and deliver, save and make whole, turn dry ground to overflowing cities! Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of our hearts, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer. And the people of God say, AMEN.

<b>The Season of Overflow </b>

I am Dr. Omolola Omoteso. I refer to myself as a transformational strategist, teacher and healer. My calling is to heal minds. I bring you greetings from my family, ministries and missions under my watch, one of which is Divine Connection where we heal minds to fulfil purpose and shape destinies.

It has been a blessing to be part of Feast of Esther, through which I met your blessed Mummy; a vision by Pastor Foluke Adeboye that positively impacts female leaders in ministry. I honour all the ministers and members here present beginning with the Senior Pastor of this church, Rev. Emmanuel Nnadozie and my dear sister Pastor Christie Ohuabunwa. Thank you so much for this opportunity. I look at you and see an example of a couple who is God-led and God fed. God bless you for the great work you do. The relevance, rewards and awards of selfless service will not elude you in Jesus name. The Temple Rebuilders Ministries under your watch will overflow with praise reports.

Introduction

Our God who sits in heaven with His legs touching the earth (Isaiah 66:1) is by every means a BIG GOD and He overflows in grace, mercy and favour. His thoughts for us are thoughts of good (Isaiah 55:8-9). God wants us to be free and to be the catalyst for freeing others, to proclaim good news and good tidings to the poor and comfort the broken-hearted (Isaiah 61:1). He wants us to be rich and to be the pathway through which others access His riches in glory (Deuteronomy 15:6). Luke 2:10 show us how God offered us via prophecy something better than happiness. “And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.”

This overflowing joy promised through the birth of our Saviour will not just be for one but “to all people.” Obedience as we know is better than sacrifice (1 Peter 15:22); as we follow His precepts diligently (Psalms 119:4) and acknowledge Him, He will direct our paths (Proverbs 3:6) and give us an expected end (Jeremiah 29:11).

Through the pages of a book I developed and published for a woman of God who is a business leader in 2015, titled The Season of Overflow readers are taken on a path to the season of overflow through biblical answers to pertinent questions.

2 Kings 3:16 was a prophecy that filled a dry city with water but only because the leaders believed and led the people to obey.

Divinity is the author of overflow especially as it relates to our needs and the needs of others who look up to us. In essence Jesus whom we seek in Temple Rebuilder Ministries is the answer

Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

As you focus less on you and look to Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith and love others as He directed in His word (1 John 4:11), you will receive the keys to unlock the door that leads to your season of overflow.

Say Lord Jesus, today by the anointing upon the ministers here present, I receive th keys to fully unlock my season of overflowing grace.

Joel 2:23-26

Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month. And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the fats shall overflow with wine and oil. I thought someone will be saying amen!

And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmer-worm, my great army which I sent among you. And ye shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you: and my people shall never be ashamed.

Season Defined

Season has three major definitions. The first refers to the four divisions of the year (spring, summer, autumn or fall, and winter) marked by particular weather patterns. The second refers to periods in the year marked by special events, activities or festivities e.g. “Christmas season”. The third is in reference to adding condiments or spices to something especially food.

Overflowing Defined
Overflowing is a gerund or present participle of overflow. It refers to something that runs over the brim of a receptacle. Synonym of the word include overfull, bursting, bursting at the seams, spilling over, jam-packed.

Overflow refers to a container that is so full that the contents go over or extend above the sides. It refers to a space that is so crowded that people cannot fit inside. Overflowing refers to excess supply or excess production. Consequently, overflowing season is a period marked by excess supply or excess provision, a period of more than enough supply.

What happens during season of overflow?

1. Believers rejoice. Psalms 32:11 “Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, O righteous, and shout for joy, all you upright in heart!” Joel 2:2 “Fear not, O land; be glad and rejoice, for the Lord has done great things!”

Repeat after me

Lord Jesus, bless me with the joy of salvation and do great things in my life.

God vindicate me! Give me the early rain in Jesus name. Amen

2. You will be vindicated. Hannah was vindicated when she gave birth to one son. This act shut the mouth of Peninah and all those who called Hannah barren.

James 5:7 “Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.”

Repeat

Ancient of Days, vindicate me. Bless me with the patience I need for the early rain of overflow and the latter rain of overflow.

3. God will pour down the latter rain of abundance. Deuteronomy 11:14a “That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain.” Hannah got the latter rain of abundance as God gave her five other children after Samuel. 1 Samuel 2:21 “And the Lord visited Hannah, so that she conceived, and bare three sons and two daughters. And the child Samuel grew before the Lord.” Zechariah 10:1 “Ask ye of the Lord rain in the time of the latter rain; so the Lord shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field.”

Repeat

The God of all flesh turn every dark cloud in my life to showers of rain, where I have known sorrow, give me overflowing joy

4. The threshing floors shall be full of grain, the harvest from the rain. Leviticus 26:5 “And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the  vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.”

The threshing floor is the production factory where they convert the produce into consumables for sale. The initial place they store the produce. Let’s make declarations:

5. Lost years will be restored. Joel 2:25 “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.”

For every Hannah whose house had been quiet and lonely, o Lord transform it to a home with joyful noise and children running around.

For every Hannah or Boaz, who was tagged barren, let them become busy, making school runs, buying children’s clothes, bathing them and taking them to church.

For every Hannah whose two door car is sufficient, infuse your expansion so she needs a bigger car and a bigger house!

For every living being here present and associated t us, we will dwell in safety, go out with joy and be led forth in peace. Every mountain of strife and contention shall break down before us and we shall return rejoicing bringing in our sheaves in Jesus name!

For every one in business, Jehovah Nissi will cause our office to overflow with ideas and contracts.

For everyone who is idle, Lord God give ideas that will cause the windows of heaven to pour resources into them.

For everyone looking for jobs, jobs will begin to  look for you.

For every farmer or producer, I decree that your barn will be full of produce; you will have more than enough to sell.

For every minister of the gospel, God will back up your words with authority and power, your ministry will overflow with testimonies, your office will be full of invitation letters to minister and to celebrate, you will have difficulty finding enough time to go.

For every trader or seller, orders will be coming in left, right and centre and orders begin to look for you.

For every unmarried person, suitors will come searching for you; there will be multiple proposals and blissful marriages in Jesus name

For every professional lost years will be restored, promotion will call out to you

By the time Hannah had 5 children running around the house, the joy she had lost for several years was fully restored. In fact, Hannah had overtaken those who had children before her but only had 3 or 4. She had become their senior having delivered 6 children in all. During an overflowing season, your years of toiling with no result is more than compensated for as you eat in plenty with no more lack.

Decree and declare:

By the reason of the anointing in the house today, I will overflow. My joy is restored. The years of toiling with no result is over! I am compensated. I am complimented. I am celebrated. I am restored!

For every employee, your rapid promotion will cause you to overtake some of your colleagues who had watched you in your years of career stagnation.

If you are a business owner, begin to recover lost years as many contracts push you far ahead of your competitors.

If you are a tenant, go and become a landlord who owns multiple houses.

If you are nursing sickness that compelled you to run around to find solution, receive your miracle, receive your divine wellness and wholeness, never to be sick again.

6. During your season of overflow, shame will be banished. Shame is banished in my life, my children’s lives, my spouse’s life. After the order of Joel 2:26 I Omolola shall eat in plenty, and be satisfied, and praise the name of the Lord my God, who dealt wondrously with me. I decree ad declare that my people shall never be ashamed.

Brethren, after Hannah had become a mother of 6 children, there was no way she could ever know the shame of barrenness again!

Decree and declare that

Every unemployed person who shamefully begs for money here or around you will receive a divine shift from idle to fully engaged with overflowing income.

Every professional who is an employee and tired of clocking in and clocking out, receive divine assistance to become an employer of labour in Jesus name.

Every woman or man, facing satanic harassment from in laws, we decree and declare that hearts of stone will receive regeneration to hearts of flesh and they will be supernaturally transformed to love you and seek your good.

Every marriage facing storm we pray the stillness of God into you. Receive fresh fire of love that binds you together as one.

Every masquerade Christian, harassing widows and widowers, suffocating the economic advancement of those mourning, receive the baptism of light that transformed Saul to Paul in Jesus name.

7. For everyone seeking overflow praise will be continually present to show God’s faithfulness. Isaiah 12:4-5 “And in that day shall ye say, Praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.” Psalm 9:1-2 “I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High.” God dwells in the midst of praise. Acts 16:25-26 “And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard
them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened,  and every one's bands were loosed.” An overflow indicates the presence of God, as such praise must continue during the season of overflow.

I want you to begin to sing a song of thanks and praise to God; any song, let God hear your voice.

I want you to study 2 kings 3:16-20. It is the story of how God changed dryness to overflow by command. 5 things were present: Community (of believers), Connection (to prophet), Compassion (of God and prophet),Commitment (leaders). Cooperation (of the people)

Elisha listened because one of those who approached him feared God. Elisha called for praise through a minstrel. It was in the place of worship that prophecy came forth. To stop the war, the losing king sacrificed his son and the season changed!

What have you sacrificed. What have you sowed. May we not have to sacrifice our children for generational curses, battles, suffering to abate in Jesus name.

The word of prophecy that came out said dig your ditches! What ditches have you towards drawing from the well of wellness and wealth. You have a house where everything is white, children cannot visit because you are Mr. Prim or Mrs. Proper, and you are asking God for a child! How will children come when your home is closed and reception is averted in the spirit realm. Perhaps your arrogance and disdain for humility needs to die for God to promote you. Naaman was asked to dip but he wanted fine river! Eh! Eh! You dream and God told you what to do to get your citizenship and you said me, I cannot do that, are you prepared for deportation?

Someone visited me and God said give him a prophetic gift. There is no one I give prophetic gift who does not receive testimonies. I gave him $10. That was all I had, he could have felt belittled but he accepted it, received the prophecy and did what I asked him to do. Dear brethren, just as God prophesied through me after the order of divine grace that I stand on, in 5 days, a door that was previously sealed, opened. He travelled to another state the next day, all expense paid to work. During the assignment, he was asked to go and interview someone, he conducted himself committedly, dedicatedly, diligently and when he was going, the person who is a friend to a governor went in to bring an envelope which he gave to him. The person interviewed appreciated the person who came to conduct the interview he said thank you and left. But on getting to the vehicle and seeing the content, he ran back to say a bigger thank you.

This is the season when you will increase your appreciation because God will surprise you. A woman of God woke up and a Mercedes Benz was waiting in her driveway on her birthday. That can be you. Why did the person who receive prophetic gift run back to give a bigger thank you, the content. Say the content. The content of the ditches dug by the Israelites was bigger than their expectation.

The envelope contained 10 100 dollar notes. The envelope contained  100 ten dollars! Guess what, He is NOT a Christian! Yet, God brought him to me to tap into divine grace. Why? Mercy. He ran with the vision. He ran with the word of knowledge. He ran with the prophecy. Many have become so comfortable and familiar with God that they disobey pastors and prophets. God brought him to me to tap into divine grace. Why? Mercy. He ran with the vision. He ran with the word of knowledge. He ran with the prophecy.

In 2 Kings 3, God gave more than the dig many ditches command. God promised they would conquer their enemy (2 Kings 3:17-19). It happened just as God said it would. They dug ditches, a flash flood swept across the deserted land, the water was saved in the ditches, and they were saved from drought. Then their enemies saw the light reflected off the water and for some reason they thought it was blood of the three armies fighting each other. Thinking the battle was over, the Moabites walked right into the camp of the three kings and the Moabites were utterly destroyed. The armies of the three kings were delivered from death in the desert. They won a miraculous victory over their enemy. All because they obeyed the strange command to dig ditches in the desert.

What command or prophecy have you received? Have you done your part?

Are you positioned for the season of overflow? One of the books I have on amazon is divine positioning. Are you positioned to receive grace for the season of overflow? How?

1. Connect to the source of grace and overflow. Everything I have been saying is not for abusers, or harassers, or manipulators, or liars or thieves or those who secretly reject God when they seek other gods privately! If you are not genuinely born again, I ask you to surrender your life to Jesus. For thee who are born again, stay connected to Jesus through prayers, praise and worship. John 15:5 “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the

same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing." Revelation 3:20 “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

2. Passionately pursue the grace to overflow. Pursuit is the evidence of desire. Daddy pursued Mummy and today we have a couple overflowing with grace for the benefit if the body of Jesus Christ.  Never be satisfied with your current status, seek the best gifts earnestly. Jeremiah 29:13 “And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart."

Hebrews 12:2

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Conclusion

Not everyone can partake of the overflowing season. In the abundance of water, the fool is thirsty. If you want to partake, you need to connect to the source and He is Jesus

Christ, without Him you cannot access the overflow. Give your life to Jesus to access the overflow. Without Him, you cannot retain the overflow.

Prayer Points

Elkanah could not help Hannah because God shut her womb. Humans cannot solve problems that only God can solve. Psalms 50:15 “And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.” Cry to God now for the grace to overflow.
Hannah wept every year at Shiloh. But one year, God remembered her and she received grace at Shiloh. Cry to God that this year, your visit to this mountain and every Shiloh will be met with the grace to overflow.
At Shiloh, Hannah was clear and specific about what she wanted (a male child). Tell God specifically what you want – marital, financial, academic, career, ministry… (Hebrews 11:6). But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Decree and declare that,

He or she who is satanically programmed to kill will not kill me. He or she who is demonically programmed to die I will not kill.

I will overflow on all sides and cause others around me to overflow in Jesus name.

Worship

I am grateful o Lord

And after the order of Numbers 6:24-26 I say to you,

The Lord bless you, and keep you: The Lord make his face shine upon you, and graciously bless you and yours with overflow: The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. When I hear from you again it hall be praise reports of overflowing grace in Jesus majestic name! AMEN

STOP KILLING CHRISTIANS

Dear Family,

I am blessed to be part of a group that PRAYS. Thanks for all we do to lift up ourselves, our leaders and the State in PRAYERS. Grace Always!
I crave our indulgence to read and give consideration to the message below.

As leaders who watch and pray, we must be vigilant and in so doing use our experience and experience of others to reach, teach, preach and heal.
When God led me to pray against unrest this morning, I did not have religious unrest in mind yet I prayed for peace in Nigeria, USA, UK, Israel, Ukraine and beyond.

In Nigeria, the death has occurred of Deborah Samuel, a Christian who responded to religious posts on a class group.
I condemn her killing. Many including the British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Ms. Catriona Laing, has condemned the killing of Deborah Samuel, a Christian female student at Shehu Shagari College of Education, Sokoto State.

A source said trouble started on Thursday morning when Deborah was asked by her colleagues how she managed to pass her exams. Deborah was said to have attributed her academic excellence to Jesus Christ. She also shared via a voice note that posts on the group should be about tests and assignments, not prophet and this angered her colleagues who asked her to withdraw her statement.
Some of her colleagues felt she disrespected Prophet Mohammad and threatened to deal with her. When the tension was high, the school authorities took her to the security room to protect her. Sadly, enraged Muslim students overpowered the security officers, dragged Deborah out, and beat her until she died after which her corpse was set on fire.

As a result of the dastard incidence, angry Muslims are challenging Christian faith and angry Christians are responding with some, on both sides, setting dare lines on and off social media.

Before I share other thoughts, I ask first and foremost that we pray for Deborah Samuel’s family; for consolation and courage. We pray a prayer of forgiveness for the Islamic extremists and fanatics who murdered her in cold blood. Let us also pray that authorities will do everything to serve punishment on all who carried out the barbaric act while hiding under religion.

This is 2022 and all over the world we are still dealing with extremism because human rights include freedom of speech; liberty to express ourselves.

Ours is a faith based group but multi-racial and multi-religious. I have always advocated for rules or policies of engagement and there is no better time than now to broach this subject here.

While I welcome all posts, I do NOT read all posts due to the capacity of my phone which leads it to crash once many images or videos are posted. I have had to leave groups including my alumni group where posts run into gazillion and call for policies was met with stiff opposition from few. Some have left this whatsapp group as well for different reasons, one of which includes report they were not heard or their issues were not given same consideration as others.

I felt unsupported too in the police brutality, social injustice, theft of homes and successor rights fraud I experienced. I reached out to few who never reached me back... I was introduced to this group for solution, and I was promised solution but I have remained a member because rather than push for solution, I can be the solution in and beyond the State.

We need to understand that everyone will not respond to posts or issues the same way because some have formed bonds beyond this medium. Where humans gather, there is bound to be conflict on different grounds. Let us mitigate such by setting rules or policies of engagement.
Policies can be set, using parameters including the following:

What can be posted? Who can post? Why? When? Where? How?

If images and videos are permitted, what type and what is the limit? If not permitted, can such be posted on Facebook or other mediums.

How are issues related to members handled especially when they are shared at meetings? What is the process that determines whether someone’s issue or prayer point is handled as pick and drop, daily, weekly or monthly? How are birthdays celebrated? Who get cards and why? Should birthday greetings be done on this group by a committee while individuals reach out individually to mitigate the feeling that some are better loved or acknowledged than others? What state or national issues can we step into? Which can/should be handled individually or by committee?

What is our stand politically? Do we have a collective stand or can individuals take their own stand. I was NOT in support of a second term for the governor because his first term served no solution to me, my family and my community YET, I prayed for God’s will to be done and I spoke my mind when opportunity was given.

Are we a prayer group for the State or for the governor in which case our existence may be threatened when we have a non democratic governor in power. If for the governor, how do we tap into opportunities while he is a governor. How can we set up a town hall meeting which our members and others would have exclusive right to attend.

I recollect seeing ballroom images with the governor but I cannot recollect seeing invitation posted here. Perhaps it was mentioned during Prayers... When an event is meant for few, should such images be shared on this group, especially if there was no public call for delegates to represent us? [This is one of the issues I addressed on my alumni group when some will go for “caucus” parties only to return to flaunt or taunt us with images.]

<b>These and more are issues that the death of Deborah Samuel is calling us to address.</b> A stitch in time saves nine.

May God Almighty console and comfort Deborah Samuel’s family. May souls who cut her down receive forgiveness from our Lord Jesus Christ. And may the Holy Spirit marshal the justice system to serve justice constitutionally to the extent of the law on all who had hands in her murder.

AMEN. AMEEN.

Taking Dominion by Multiplication by Rev. Dr. Omolola Omoteso

Taking Dominion by Multiplication by Rev. Dr. Omolola Omoteso RCCG Tabernacle of Peace 05.06.2022
I celebrate everyone here present! You will dominate by multiplication in Jesus name. Our beloved mother over this parish, Blessed Pastor Olajumoke Arasanyin and her amiable husband, Pastor Steve Arasanyin made me understand that this is our month of taking dominion by multiplication. I urge us to pay attention to what the Holy Spirit would minister to our hearts. Let us praise and pray: Praise: All other gods, they are the works of man… You are the Most High God, There is none like You. Prayer: Speak through this vessel Lord to renew our minds on how to take dominion by multiplication. Amen. Our core Bible text tonight is taken from Jeremiah 30:19 - And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small. Please go with me to other related texts Genesis 1:28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, 1. Be fruitful, and 2. multiply, and 3. replenish the earth, and 4. subdue it: and have 5. dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. With all these promises why are princes and princesses walking barefooted, and slaves riding on horsebacks! That is what is called a travesty! An anomaly! A perversion of divine promise! Let’s look at Psalm 8:6 Psalm 8:6 Thou made him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet: Whose work? God’s work. Who is the him and by implication her, YOU. There are two categories of people that are to fall under our feet - things and infidels who cast aspersion on God, enemies of the creator. Isaiah 60:22 said more about divine dominion bestowed upon us by multiplication A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the Lord will hasten it in his time. This ties in with our text of reference in Jeremiah 30:19 - out of us shall proceed THANKSGIVING. Why? God will multiply us, and we shall not be few. God will add jara, God will add extra - God will glorify us, and we shall NOT be small. Why then have we; fallen short of God’s glory. Romans 3:23 SIN - of commission, of omission, of submission. Let’s break down our terms: Dominion is LORDSHIP. We are gods! Created with the ability to be LORDS over principalities and powers, to influence policies as we follow Jesus, The Ultimate Lord. Multiplication is the process of adding equal groups to achieve increase. Brethren, dominion plus multiplication is God’s desire for beloved humans who trust and obey. To show forth dominion, all that God has put in your care should grow. Open up your palm, what is there? Post in the chat box. In your hand is life and death. In your hand is destiny. Through Baba Enoch and Mama Foluke Adeboye thousands were saved from drugs, babies were delivered to men called impotent and a den of armed robbers became a palace of praise. Let somebody shout hallelujah! What are you using your own dominion for? One area it is to be used for is to grow all God has put in your hands. We are to use our dominion to multiply souls, to multiply grace, long life, godliness, peace and virtues! God’s church is built NOT just on Peter but on each of us, how have we ensured the church is not obscure. How can we ensure that no decision is taken in Trenton without consulting the Christian community. How can we use that dominion to increase the kingdom of God so we can depopulate the kingdom of satan. How have you grown? What have you grown? Can you look around you and bless God for hearts that have been transformed, saved, healed, delivered from bondage, released into destiny fulfilment because of your audacity to walk in dominion and power. Dearly beloved: The Lord “grew” as recorded in Luke 2:52: And Jesus increased in wisdom (mental) and stature (physical), and in favour with God (spiritual) and man (social).” If we want to become like the Saviour, and exude dominion we must grow. We cannot grow is our Christian life if we keep doing three steps forward, two steps back. How do we grow when many sign into the fear by joining unbelievers to say returning to in person church service is not safe yet they go to work and to the malls. Multiplication without dominion is subjugation, which is slavery. When we do not dominate, we would be dominated. Pharaoh had dominion over Israelites and Israelites became slaves. It took one man and his brother to rise to the power of dominion, look at Pharaoh in the eyes and say let my people go. Audaciously he said it 8 times! Moses, due to divine dominion, which was multiplied in his team, became a diplomatic negotiator who freed God’s people from bondage. How I wish his story ended there. The same people he used his divine dominion to save, pushed him till he in anger struck the Rock of Ages. Please begin to decree: Lord Almighty, the pride of life will not push me to strike you. At the point of anger, pride and offence had dominion in Moses life, which made him lose a major reward of entering the Promised Land. But God had mercy on him; he saw the land. So who or what has dominion in your life? Brethren pray, in whatever way I have offended you God, forgive me, have mercy upon me and rewrite my story. Let us look at 5 tenets of taking dominion by multiplication. These tenets are effective in every facet of life, if appropriately applied. 1. Communication Communication is the art of imparting or exchanging of information. There are three salient aspects reading, talking or asking and listening. If God hears you more than others hear you, and you listen to God and obey His Word, your dominion will be effective and birth results. What information are you feeding your wife, husband, children, pastors? You are hardwired by God to dominate, talk to your Dear Father: say my father my father help me to dominate challenges positioned to sink me. 2. Cooperation To dominate there must be cooperation. Divinity decided, let us. When Jesus was depressed He cried out, my father my father! Cooperation is working together to achieve the same positive end, a common purpose or toward the same benefit. 3. Collaboration One will chase a thousand and two 10,000 that is not mathematics; that is synergy. That is divine unification of minds. Those who must dominate must collaborate. If we collaborate to celebrate our pastors or to build the church, the pastors or church will turn round to bless you. Collaboration is agreeing to work with others to produce or create something better or to achieve objectives. All these three are necessary to enable us take dominion by multiplication. 4. Communion This is the next ingredient and this is beyond the Holy Communion. The communion of saints includes breaking bread together, fellowship in person where we can see and feel one another. The communion is never done without a table; at the table leaders resolve conflict. If there was communion between Ukraine president and Russia president the military power they possess would not have been used to destroy and demolish. Communion is sharing or exchanging of intimate thoughts and feelings, especially on a mental or spiritual level. Christian Wife has dominion. Christian Husband has dominion, how do you come to the place of communion to use that power of dominion to dominate over pain, poverty, crisis, challenges, and battles of life rather than to war against one another. How do we commune to use the power of dominion to force corrupt politicians out of power. How would you experience dominion when you have not banded with others to create or acquire what you can dominate. The Jews buy up territories and they dominate. The last tenet is the one that destroys dominion and multiplication: 5. Complacency Feeling of uncritical satisfaction with oneself or one's achievements.... I celebrate myself but I also constructively criticise myself. After every message I withdraw to re-read, listen more, do a post-moterm as we do in broadcast media to see what could have been done better. I either file my message away or when so led by God continue to improve on it and at times out it online as an e-book. Complacency destroys dominion because often times it drives us into ease too soon. Brethren, in Joshua 13:1 God expressly said to Joshua who was well advanced in age: "You are very old, and there are still very large areas of land to be taken over…” Joshua was called to more work with specific lands to be possessed. It was in the place of ease that David became an adulterer and soon a murderer. My mothers and fathers, uncles and aunties, mates and junior mates, and my dear children, is Amos 6:1 in your Bible? Woe to them that are at ease in Zion! Verse 3 nko, woe also to those that put far away the evil day, and cause the seat of violence to come near! Marriages are breaking. Children are becoming rebellious and abandoning the ancient Christian landmark. Politicians are enslaving us. Medical marketers are selling sickness. Many lost dominion because we refused to multiply our kind by evangelism! The world is under siege because Christians rested too soon! The words of a song says Christian seek not yet repose. Kristiani ma ti wa simi! Jeremiah 30:19 - and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small. You are not the one marking your work sheet on whether you have succeeded or not, on whether you have multiplied enough or not. It was in famine that Isaac sowed. There was no rain when Noah built the ark. How dare you cut short that which God is able to achieve through you because of complacency?! In the parable of the talent one went to hide his talent rather than to multiply it. What happened? He was damned! Do not be at ease in Zion. I will NOT be damned in Jesus name. Zechariah 4:7 records - Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it. Who is troubling your Jerusalem What is troubling your Jerusalem When is your Jerusalem troubled Why is your Jerusalem troubled Where is your Jerusalem troubled How is your Jerusalem troubled Let me pause a little. Jesus had a team because he grew a team. If you have grown no team, who then will you call when your Jerusalem is troubled? Who have you poured love or lessons into to position you to draw therefrom in the day of need? When I became homeless I had no phone access to reach anyone. The information reached a woman as a side talk but because I had sown into her, hearing my situation became the catalyst for action. She is part of my increase; she jumped in to wipe away the reproach. One thing is sure with dominion and the strength of your increase every great mountain threatening your dominion will crash. My brother was concerned about returning to Nigeria during off and on lockdown. He wanted to change his ticket but he decided to call me. I said let me ask God. After I prayed, I said to him don’t change your ticket. If the airline can no longer fly your stay in the UK would be legitimised, and the airline would be saddled with the responsibility of rescheduling you. I could say that audaciously because I stood in the place of dominion. Guess what, Emirates could not fly to NG and it became the airlines headache. What is troubling you? Know that you have dominion. What will trouble you? Have you sown into a well you can draw from: Say to yourself - Dig your ditches 2 Kings 3:16-19. Shout out someone’s name and say - Dig your ditches. And he said, “Thus says the Lord: Make this valley full of ditches.’ For thus says the Lord: ‘You shall not see wind, nor shall you see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, so that you, your cattle, and your animals may drink.’ And this is a simple matter in the sight of the Lord; He will also deliver the Moabites into your hand. Audacity of taking dominion! How many will go and start digging ditches when there is no rain! But if you have communion with the Trinity you will trust and obey. One day Elijah the Tishbite said there shall be no rain! 1 Kings 17:1 Elijah the Tishbite, from among the settlers of Gilead, confronted Ahab: “As surely as GOD lives, the God of Israel before whom I stand in obedient service, the next years are going to see a total drought - not a drop of dew or rain unless I say otherwise.” Multiplication without dominion and dominion without multiplication is subjugation, which is slavery. Your case is even worse if you have not been called, justified or glorified. So before I lead us to pray, I ask that if you are yet to surrender to Lord God Almighty, it is time to say, Lord Jesus I surrender all. I surrender all (sing)… If you sang that song, reach out to the Pastor or anyone in Follow Up and Counselling. Prayer Points 1. Lord thank you for my divine positioning as one with dominion and power to multiply 2. Grant me the grace to place value on your divine wiring that makes me higher than animals and angels Hebrews 1:6-9 But when he again brings his firstborn into the world, he says, “Let all the angels of God worship him!” 7 And he says of the angels, “He makes his angels spirits and his ministers a flame of fire,” 8 but of the Son he says, “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, and a righteous scepter is the scepter of your kingdom. 9 You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness. So God, your God, has anointed you over your companions with the oil of rejoicing.” 3. Pray that God’s original promises, destiny and original glory will begin to speak concerning your life 4. Pray that sin will not steal your dominion, everywhere your seeds and ability to multiply has been demoted or diminished you will experience restoration There is a miracle on our way… 5. Begin to decree over yourself as you rejoice; say, 1. By God I am fruitful, 2. By God I will multiply, 3. By God I will replenish the earth 4. By God I will God subdue the earth: 5. By God I have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. Think Excellence on Women’s Day

Dear One,

It is another Women’s Day. A day to focus on the progress and plight of God’s jewels.

I celebrate and congratulate all women especially those whose calling and career remain testament to God’s plan of adding beauty to a world previously called good.

Inspire to Excel is a conference organised by Cares Global Network under my watch. The mission is to inspire minds to excel to God’s glory. Editions have been done using different platforms; few were in honour of my beloved ones.

I bring you transcript plus updated additions of the paper I delivered at last year’s Inspire to Excel Conference of March 8, in honour of Olufikayo Famuyiwa Keazor whose birth date is March 8, 1977. The planning committee was largely made up of trainees and mentees of Excel Leadership Academy. The theme was Excellence.

Transcript: I thank you for joining us and greet all the great men and women here present especially our Keynote Speaker. Let me delve in.

You are God’s creation, fashioned from the core of God to operate by divine order on first-class standard. There are many things we can do to be excellent in all areas of life. The idea is for you to take all you hear today and map out what you need to do to succeed as a human being, then as whatever you are or choose to be. I will share a summary with tenets for excellence, etiquette and decorum and then 10 bullet points. Excellence As we have seen with many African leaders, sustaining excellence is a challenge. Did Prof. Osinbajo lose his spirit of excellence or cabals stifled him?

We saw in the Bible how Daniel, a successful leader in national government faced the choice whether to take a short unethical cut or risk his own life in the midst of cabals, chief of which was his own boss Darius - a p
agan. Daniel had an excellent spirit and he was impeccable (Daniel 6:1-4, Proverbs 20:6). He distinguished himself which led to the king’s decision to promote him. But some were unhappy...

A man in authority who is led by God is usually a threat to the shady dealings of unethical folks. Be rest assured that when enemies find nothing on you, especially at work, they will question your faith and do everything to make you fall! Deborah excelled in all her endeavours so much so that an army general refused to go to war except she took her place as leader. He never considered it condescending to verbalise his honour of her spiritual strength and physical knowhow. With an excellent spirit in me, those around me glean and learn. No one who works or walks with me can be labelled shoddy as I naturally influence souls to do better. It is not a surprise that my school son in FGCO also became an excellent PR Consultant!

In Daniel was found an excellent spirit, which counted for much more. Daniel was ethical, upright and responsible, so those who audited him found nothing to nail him. Be excellent. To be excellentt you need to observe ethics, etiquette and decorum As part of my doctorate degree in Biblical Counselling ministerial ethics is one of the tenets that was taught to us. Ethics are the moral principles that govern a person's behaviour or the conducting of an activity. Ethics, also called moral philosophy which I studied as a student of Philosophy, is the discipline concerned with what is morally good and bad and morally right and wrong. The term is also applied to any system or theory of moral values or principles. Ethics is based on well-founded standards of right and wrong that prescribe what humans ought to do, usually in terms of rights, obligations, benefits to society, fairness, or specific virtues.

One may pause to ask, is the relegation of women morally right or wrong? Is the exclusion of women, who God created to add beauty to our world good or bad? Decorum is a word I used again and again with members of my set alumni as well as a social political group I established - Solidarity Action Network. Why did I have to use it and suspend some? Many, even those in the position of leadership, lacked this virtue.

My father in the Lord, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye once shared how he lost an international opportunity because he had no idea how to relate in a formal social setting in reference to dining table manners. Thankfully this was not his last open door to the global world. He is now an embodiment of excellence which includes doing things in the right social order. Will you blend or bend in a room filled with aristocrats?

I knew Mama Peace’ teacher, employed for her when she became Governor’s wife. But once her husband became President, she arrogantly sacked the teacher. She later faced shame for what could have been learned. It was said that Mr. Abubakar Tafawa Balewa kept drinking cups of tea poured out to him at a function because he was unaware of the British mannerism of turning tea cup upside down to indicate he no longer wanted to be served. He continuously drank so as not to appear rude to his seemingly generous host. I grew up in a home where we never quite saw our parents hug each other, but we saw folks warmly embracing themselves in school and we adopted and brought the practice home.

What do you need to transform or change in you to fit EXCELLENTLY into the circle God has taken you or is taking you? Google is at your finger tips. But the Bible is more accessible than Google which could serve you gibberish along with sense. Daniel 1:8-9, Colossians 4:5-6, Genesis 41:14, 1 Corinthians 14:40, Psalm 32:8, 1Chronicles 13:32

What to do?

1. Pray. Yes the best way to know more about the workings or functions of a product is to communicate with the manufacturer. So PRAYER IS ESSENTIAL. To get better result learn to ask and listen and excellently plan for the time with God. In Excel Leadership Academy we teach excellence, listening and asking. To pray you need to listen and ask... God met Adam in the cool of the day not when his head was in sleep or tired mode. You know the time that is best for you, communicate with your manufacturer.

2. Work heartily, whatever you do do with passion to the glory of God. My core verse in the Bible remains Ecclesiastes 9:10. I recently added Colossians 3:23-24.

3. Have selfless love for humans. Remember the golden rule in Matthew 7:12. If you love others, regardless of gender, you are unlikely to be narcissistic in your approach.

4. Develop yourself. When you are better, lives around you will be better because things and people will be transformed through you to God’s glory.

5. Have Self-Discipline. Romans 12:12, Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is - his good, pleasing and perfect will. In renewing your mind, you will reflect the character of a disciple which includes fruit of the spirit in Galatians. “Champions do not become champions when they win the event, but in the hours, weeks, months and years they spend preparing for it. The victorious performance itself is merely the demonstration of their championship character.” T. Alan Armstrong

Here are 10 points to help you achieve above

1. Be forward looking, detach from the past and people that would derail.

2. Be Purpose and People Oriented.

3. Develop the Spirit or Mind of Excellence. For everything you want to do ask, is it quality, is it excellent, am I giving my best? Whether serving or leading, employee or employer, child or parent, mentee or mentor, do it excellently.

4. Be a God pleaser not a people pleaser. Excellence is different from perfection. God asked us to be blameless. Excellence promotes; it helps you stand out from the crowd. Anywhere I enter in the world, I am noticed and picked out because I stand out. I patronised a seamstress who is 23 years and she said as we wrapped up my second visit, “Excuse me ma, you are different!”

5. Perseverance And Persistence. Never give up on your goals except God says #otoge. This does not mean be obsessive. This does not mean doing things foolishly the same way, or fanatically; strategically persevere.
