Lord God who is worthy of all praise, to you we have come to raise praise and call forth grace. Thank you for your word that will heal all repressed trauma. Thank you for deliverance. Thank you for salvation. Thank you for your divine visitation that will birth manifestation of transformation. Be glorified today in the message and let lives know peace and experience turnaround that will position KOGEC as a solution ground. In Jesus name I decree.
I give glory to God for you all, you are why there is an assembly here. I love this church. You did not only defy Melissa as an unwanted guest, you came to church prepared. God will honour your sacrifice.

I am here by divine instruction and there will be supernatural inspiration to position us all for exploits.
The hurricane was well projected to make us panic but the mandate we have from God through our founding matriarch Pastor Foluke Adeboye made us declare prayers and rather than hurricane on Friday there was rainbow. And for every Friday there will be a Sunday and we are testifying and we shall testify.
We are the evidence of God's miracle. The rainbow is a reminder of Genesis 9:11.

Exodus 8:28
And Pharaoh said, I will let you go, that ye may sacrifice to the Lord your God in the wilderness; only ye shall not go very far away: intreat for me.
Pharaoh decided to let the Israelites go but he gave them a condition which they neither refuted nor renounced.
What condition did your father give you? Perhaps he said you can marry a Christian but you still have to marry a Muslim since you are from a Muslim family. Perhaps your mother said, you can marry a non Jamaican but you must still have a child by a Jamaican... What evil covenant was projected into you at birth?
A mother was carrying a baby and the baby excitedly smiled at me and looked in my direction. I immediately began to project the Holy Spirit into her through her eyes. I began to decree that she will know God. In like manner, satanic people project evil.
From reading my mother's diary I saw that it was likely I was still at the hospital during my naming ceremony which takes places on the eight day after birth. The information was hidden from me but the discovery made me intentionally fight sickness or anything that will make stays at the hospital a recurring evil pattern.
God created the heaven and earth with words and we must be careful what we say. God corrected me one day and since then I quit saying rebellious children but children living in rebellion. Why? God told me I did not create any child to be rebellious. Rebellion was birthed in them through words.
In Judges 13:22 Manoah Samson's father said - We will surely die because we have seen God!
He was the one who prayed for the angelic visitation to happen again yet he in ignorance projected death into his lineage and there was disgrace before death.
What else do we know of Samson? The account in Judges 14 tells us Samson who is NOT supposed to interact with anything dead scrapped honey from dead lion and gave to his parents; they never inquired where he got it from.
In the days of old, prophets had a strategic role in governance. They gave direction to governments but what do we see today? Prophets go to the corridors of power to beg and borrow hence no one listens when they speak. This is why we as Esthers arose that there shall be no hurricane in Jamaica. Three prophets who are members of Feast of Esther were sent to join our faith with all the authentic men and women of God here and we decreed over this land that Melissa will pass over Kingston.
Samson was not supposed to interact with anything dead because he was a Nazarite from birth, and one requirement of the Nazarite vow was to remain ceremonially clean by not touching a dead body. This prohibition was a symbolic part of his dedication to God, signifying a life of being set apart and separated from defilement
Samson's parents who inquired of the Lord before he was born stopped inquiring, meaning they stopped praying. Samson had pride that led him to rebel against prophetic instructions. Rather than return to God when they detected rebellion in him, they treated him with kids gloves and got for him wife from Philistine. They were very docile and complacent in their leadership. They were accommodating of his audacious disobedience.
Others may drink wine but if you are a Nazarite, you cannot. He hosted and attended a wedding and I suppose he drank because only in a state of drunkeness can you out forth a riddle to shame companions sent to attend to you at your own wedding feast! Others may go near dead body, you cannot IF you were so instructed. But do you even know what instructions God gave to your parents before or after you were born. If they are not negative instructions that would mar your purpose are you following them. I challenge you to inquire. I challenge you to introspect. I challenge you to interact with the Holy Spirit so that divine secrets can be opened unto you.
Samuel had a mentor and succeeded. Ruth had a mentor and succeeded. Who was Samson's mentor? Samson had no mentor and was silenced. You need a mother, mentor or matriarch to shape your destiny.
I could not hold lands. Even properties and landed inheritance were hijacked from me and I had to pray the prayer of inquisition. Then thr Holy Spirit said to me, you are a Prophet. Have you read through your Bible? Prophets are not allowed to own or hold lands. I told God well, I am NOT Jesus and Jesus already redeemed me from such policies. I quickly prayed the prayer of mercy and ask for what I need to do to own and hold property. I sis it and God blessed me with a house.
Samson was probably over-pampered due to the anointing and divine strength bs was blessed with. Sadly this hurt his destiny. You are a custodian who is called to nurture children. The Bible never said train up only your child but train up a child in the way the child should go!
Satan led Samson towards all He was NOT supposed to do. His hair, the physical symbol of his strength was cut due to his foolishness. He did not only lose his sight, he lost his vision.
Thankfully we have a word in Obadaiah 1:17 that declared our deliverance:
But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.
How were you hurt as a child - through lack of Godled parenting, abuse, abandonment, adversity?
I have come to tell you that it was for you Jesus died and resurrected to grant you pardon! And an empty grave is there to prove my saviour and your saviour lives! And because He lives, we can face the future! Qe can face tomorrow. We can pass from trauma to triumph and we will on Jesus majestic name!
Samson suffered for NOT yielding to divine instruction and supernatural insight. He never lived a prayed up life. At the end of his life, Samson recognised that the source of his strength was in God all along, and He prayed for the Lord to restore his strength just one more time, knowing that he would be killed in the process.
What if He had prayed for wholeness and all round lifetime restoration. Judas could have returned to Jesus for forgiveness but he chose to truncate his own life. What prayers are you saying, what choice are you making. Is it for turnaround this month only, this year only or for lifetime restoration. The word works and God answer prayers!
God is the Redeemer, and He granted Samson's request. Samson killed more Philistines in his dying than he did during His life, and in fact Samson is mentioned in the Hebrews Hall of Faith. It is a story of hope. Regardless of how we may have deviated from the path of the Lord, there is always Redemption in Repentance, and Victory through Faith.
The question is do you want to live well or die well. Samson lived rancuously and died ruthlessly but left a legacy of redemption. You can live righteously, die rich in righteousness and leave a legacy of restoration.
Malachi 4:2 KJV
But unto you that fear My name shall the Sun of Righteousness arise with healing in His wings; and ye shall go forth and grow up as calves from the stall.
Good News Translation (GNT)
But for you who obey me, my saving power will rise on you like the sun and bring healing like the sun's rays. You will be as free and happy as calves let out of a stall.
Are you obedient to God. Do you hold intentionally to God's promises and purpose for your life. Are you abiding in God's presence.
I will share real life stories with you to illustrate the need for deliverance and healing from childhood trauma. Of course the names have been changed:
1. Kymani's Story
Kymani's life seemed perfect on the surface. He was a successful businessman, loving father, and devoted husband. But beneath the surface, Kymani struggled with anger and resentment. As a child, he witnessed his father's abusive behavior towards his mother, and he never felt safe. Now, as an adult, Kymani's unresolved trauma manifests in his own anger issues, affecting his marriage. If you are like Kymani, you need deliverance and healing to break free from the cycle of pain.
2. Gabriella's Story
Gabriella's mother abandoned her as a child, leaving her feeling unloved and unworthy. As an adult, Gabriella struggled with self-doubt and people-pleasing. She seeks validation from others to fill the void left by her mother's rejection. But no amount of external validation can heal the deep wounds of her past. If you are like Gabriella, you need deliverance and healing to learn self-love and acceptance.
3. Zidane's Story
Zidane's life was forever changed when his brother passed away. He was consumed by grief and guilt, wondering if he could have done something to save his brother. Years later, Zidane appears to have it all together – a successful medical career, and strong faith. But the unresolved pain of his past led him to find solace in smoking and prevents him from fully experiencing marriage, joy and intimacy. If you are like Zidane, you need deliverance and healing to confront his grief and find peace.
4. Kiyana's Story
Kiyana's life was marked by trauma and loss. She experienced abuse and homelessness after the death or her husband, leaving her feeling vulnerable and fearful. Although she's now in a stable place, Kiyana struggles with triggers and anxiety. If you are like Kiyana, you need deliverance and healing to overcome past pain and find freedom from fear.
5. Bob's Story
Bob's secret was hidden for years. He was born outside the sanctity of marriage and later on he was sexually abused. The shame and guilt lingered. Although he appears to be stable, Bob struggles with humam connection in his career and community. He contends with colleagues and distrusts everyone. If you are like Bob, you need deliverance and healing to confront his past and find true happiness and wholeness.
Some suffer nervous breakdown when their spouse does not tell them, you are beautiful or I love you. Yes it is elating to hear those things from a loved one but God already said in His words that you are wonderfully created and it was because He loved us He died for us. Of no one would tell you, tell yourself! What I do is to sit in front of a mirror and affirm the woman in the mirror. You should never feel unloved because you are not a feeling being but a spirit being!
If these stories resonate with you or they are similar to your experience, it means you need deliverance and healing from trauma or childhood hurt. You need to let go of pain and plug into how God's love and redemption can bring freedom and restoration.
One thing God revealed to me is that our world has never been without crisis; from the ruthless killing of Stephen to the beheading of John the Baptist, to the audacious attempt to deny the daughters of Zelophehad from their legal and lawful inheritance, the world has never been free of injustice. The Bible contain accounts of individuals who experienced trauma in their childhood and this returned as disobedience, stubbornness or aggression later.
Let us dig into God's word to see stories of those who experienced what you may have experienced.
Moses
Moses was born into a time of oppression and violence, and he was bundled up in a basket and hidden away to protect him from Pharaoh's decree to kill Hebrew male infants (Exodus 2:1-10). This experience had a profound and damaging impact on his life and development. Why he was too young to be aware but his brain cells picked the waves. Many do not know that being too near fire can lead to miscarriage especially for those who do IVF. Why? The womb picks the fire as negative energy and it destroys conception just aa little sins and weights destroy tender vines. Moses was in the palace. This was divine strategy to keep him safe but instead his inner vow fueled by trauma he experienced kicked in and he fought against being called Pharaoh's daughter's son. Are you still hugging your dead parent and refusing the mother or father God brought your way to reposition you to win against all odds. We see anger erupt in Moses when he rose up to kill an Egyptian. The Bible records that glancing this way and that way and seeing no one, he killed the Egyptian and hid him in the sand. He knew he was doing something wrong and sinful. This violence made his journey longer because he became a fugitive and had to unlearn aggression and relearn Godled attitude and anointing.
What have you refused to learn as a child or young adult that God is sending you back to the wilderness of life to learn! Moses had to be sent back to learn for multiple decades.
Joseph
He was sold into slavery by his own blood brothers who were jealous of their father's favoritism towards him (Genesis 37:18-28). He journeyed to visit them with food, they spoke condescendingly to him and they devised a plan to derail his destiny all because he spoke out his dream. I used to act so rashly on my dream. If I see someone trying to hurt me in the dream I would go and call the person out. Mt mother who was my spiritual teacher and leader said to me that God shows you things for you to be wise not for you to war. Did Joseph experience abuse that led to trauma? Oh yes! He experienced betrayal, exploitation, and separation from his family at a young age. Despite this, he rose above his circumstances and became a leader in Egypt. His jail term would have been shorter but in jail it appears he initially fell into silence which most likely could be diagnosed as demonic or clinical depression. Or how do you explain that he was in jail for about 13 years; is it that no one dreamt during that period to call out his relevance. Hw probably felt ashamed because of the enslavement and attempted rape. But if you did not put yourself into slavery why carry shame. If you never raped yourself, why carry shame. If you never made yourself sick why carry shame!
David:
David's childhood was marked by neglect and abandonment, being the youngest son in a large family and often overlooked and undervalued (1 Samuel 16:1-13). He also experienced trauma later in life, including the abuse of power by his father, Jesse.
Samuel, guided by God, instructed Jesse to consecrate himself and his sons for a sacrificial feast. This involved a ritual preparation for worship.
How do you obey an instruction to consecrate your sons and audaciously leave one out!
Though, David went on to become a great king and a man after God's own heart, the pain of rejection followed him and he needed to massage his own ego. This led him to repeat the abuse of power on a bigger scale than his father. If you do not let pain or hurt go, you will become your abuser. Hurt people, hurt people!
King David, the son of Jesse, abused his power by committing adultery with Bathsheba and orchestrating the murder of her husband, Uriah. David's abuse of power is described in the Bible as violating his responsibilities as the God-ordained king. As a king he took the wife of his loyal subject, killed him and had the audacity to pray to God to spare the child birthed in adultery!
4. Tamar
Tamar was the daughter of King David and experienced a traumatic event when her half-brother Amnon raped her (2 Samuel 13:1-22). This experience had a lasting impact on her life and caused major turmoil within David's royal family. Here we see abuse becoming a demonic cycle in David's family. After the rape, Tamar's brother Absalom orchestrated the murder of Amnon to avenge his sister. In response to Amnon's death, King David was devastated and for a time was not allowed to see his son Absalom. Absalom then eventually led a rebellion against his own father - King David which ended with Absalom's own death.
Today you will be delivered from impending death.
Many of us do prayer wrong when praying about generational curses. Many say the evil will end with me. Rathee say the evil ended with the last dead person. The evil ended with the last unvekiever who paid the capital price. The new covenant begins with me! The new covenant of life and joy and peace begins with me
What does the examples remind us of:
1. We are not alone in our experiences.
2. God can use our struggles for good. Some say God orchestrated their experience to teach them something. No, God is not author of confusion or crisis. What Jesus does is to turn around projected evil for your good.
3. Deliverance is important and accessible through the Blood of Jesus
4. Healing is possible and so is redemption
5. God heals if we yield. If you let go and let God, you will receive deep healing.
These examples remind us that people in the Bible were not immuned to trauma, and many experienced significant challenges in their lives. The same way their parents never recognised the trauma, today many are seeing the negative character but failing to see and remove the root cause..
As God worked through their experiences to shape them into the people they became, God will change us positively to the glory of His matchless name.
The Bible offers hope and encouragement for those who have experienced trauma, reminding them that God's love and redemption can overcome even the most difficult circumstances. The stories provide insight and God provides comfort and validation for those who are struggling.
When Jesus struggled in the Garden of Gethsemane he reached out for support from beloved disciples but they failed him. They were sleeping instead of praying. Thw hurt of abandonment as a child should have made him emotional and led him to feel hurt but because Hw never carried the pain from the past, what did he do? He reached out to God. He braced up for the cross ans the cross of gory became the cause for glory! Hallelujah!
Many may not be sensitivite and/or compassionate about trauma you experienced but you have to look up to God and take on the courage to be healed.
Let us look into the life of our hero in Feast of Esther
Esther
Esther's story is a powerful example of resilience and courage in the face of adversity. Esther was thrust into a challenging situation to compete for relevance. How many of you will lead your teenager to enter a competition for the love of an elderly man. Esther was orphaned and raised by her cousin Mordecai who became her father. She was taken from her home and family to be part of the king's harem (Esther 2:8); which means she was to satisfy the sexual desire of the brash king. Standing in courage did not come easy. She had lived her life being told what to do and when it mattered most the depression in her rose up in rebellion and he3 inner vow made her disobey. Hey! Enough of you pushing me around. I am now a queen! I am protected. No you are NOT! Her father figure called back her head and her destiny.
Who is your father in the land? Who prevents you from taking action that would mar your destiny. Moses destiny would have been truncated but his mother and sister arose.
In both the Gospels of Matthew and Mark, after his mother and brothers were identified as being outside looking for him, Jesus pointed to his disciples and declared that whoever does God's will is his spiritual brother, sister and mother.
Who is your mother in the land? Esther's fire was reignited by a father figure who stopped depression from welling up the monster of abuse and challenged the hero in her to stand on her watch. She risked her life to speak up for her people and Jehovah saved the Jews from deeper persecution (Esther 4-7). In Esther 4:14 Mordecai said, For if you keep silent at this time, relief and deliverance will rise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. And who knows whether you have not come to the kingdom for such a time as this? It was in being healed from depression that she thrived to make a difference.
Childhood trauma is included because she was merely a child when she was compelled to compete for the love of an unrighteous king who audaciously dethroned his queen in a state of drunkeness
She was forced to participate in the king's harem as a young girl. This perspective sheds light on the potential long-term effects of such experiences on a child's life.
Esther's story is a powerful example of resilience and survival in the face of childhood trauma. Her bravery, strategic thinking, humility and faith ultimately enabled her to navigate the complexities of her situation and make a profound impact.
Are you ready to name and shame the child you poured all your resources on but who rebelled against your God, the lack that made you a person scorned, the depression and repression that reordered the trajectory of your life? Are you ready to leave your burden at the altar of grace

By acknowledging the trauma you experienced, you can better appreciate the strength and courage you are blessed with by God to the face adversity and advance to triumph.
Understanding the grace poured out for you healing can help create a safe space within you that will bless others who have faced similar challenges and makw you a marshall for others to find hope and healing.
Your story can be seen as a powerful example of resilience and survival in the face of adversity.
Today, I want you to bravely determine to shame what was manipulated to shame you; speak out to protect yourself and your loved one's who are vulnerable (Proverbs 31:8-9). God in you is the hope of glory
Be inspired to excel beyond the pain inflicted on you. Quit afflicting your loved ones because you refuse to take responsibility for ending the cancer of abuse, pain and hurt injected into you.
Become a source of inspiration and hope for those who have experienced similar traumas and ensure no one is traumatised by the trauma you were afflicted with

Let us receive God's Word for healing:
Psalm 34:18
The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. This verse reminds us that God is intimately aware of our struggles and is always near to offer comfort and salvation.
Psalm 147:3
He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. This passage emphasizes God's role as a healer who tenderly cares for our emotional wounds.
Isaiah 61:1-2
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me because the Lord has anointed and commissioned me to bring good news to the humble... This verse highlights Jesus' mission to bring healing and freedom to those who are hurting.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!This passage speaks to the transformative power of faith in Christ, offering a fresh start and new life.
Matthew 11:28
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Jesus is inviting you to find find solace and rest in the Triune God, offering comfort and healing to those who are struggling.
Romans 8:1
There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Say Apostle Paul is writing to me. Tell your neighbour that Apostle Paul is speaking to Christians in church just as he spoke to the early Christian church
This is a powerful reminder of the liberty and love that comes through faith in Jesus Christ. It speaks to the idea that, through Christ's sacrifice, we are no longer bound by guilt, shame, or condemnation. Instead, we are free to live in the light of God's love and acceptance.
For those who have experienced trauma especially in childhood when they could neither speak nor fight for themselves, this verse is meaningful. It reminds us that we are not defined by our past or our pain or our struggles, but rather by our identity in Christ. We are loved, we are valued, and we are free from condemnation.

Trauma is injury from severe blow or wound or a severe emotional shock or upsetting experience that can have lasting mental and emotional effects. It can result from a single event like an accident, or an ongoing situation like abuse, rejection, abandonment and can lead to feelings of fear, helplessness, damaged sense of safety or negatively altered self image.
Today, I bring you a message of hope, healing, redemption, liberation and transformation. I release you from the pain that has stolen your praise. I released you from the trap that suffocated your triumph.
Colleagues lied against a man who refused to be part of corruption. He expected truth will set him free but he was put on investigation without pay. Rather than to count it all joy when his faith was tested he let satanic mockery get to him. James 1:2-4 records - My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
Patience never took root to perfect justice. By the time investigation was completed and they found him to be of impeccable integrity and were ready to pay him lost wages with interest he had few days to live. Why? He suffered aneurysm - brain injury from querying God, crying so deeply about the shame of being labelled corrupt... He fell into depression when he should have held on to the joy of salvation. If the eyes that will see triumph is damaged from tears ans trials how then qill you see glory!
My question to you is who are you? Who is your father
If God is your father you must rise up above what was done to you and step into the path of promises that leads to triumph. Jesus did he triumphed over trauma, trial, test, tribulations
Revelation 12:10-11
Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah.
For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down. They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.
Romans 8:37-39
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
The original Greek word, hypernikōmen, implies a continuous and exceeding victory, not just surviving hardship but triumphing over it.
And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
2 Corinthians 2:14 states
But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ and through us spreads the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere.
The verse uses the metaphor of a triumphant Roman procession where a victorious general parades through the streets, a victory made manifest by the scent of incense carried through the crowd. For Christians, this means that God leads us in victory through Christ, and through their lives, the knowledge of God is spread as a sweet "aroma" to others.
As we wrap up I encourage you to be vigilant. When anyone you know starts acting out of line or out of character do you recognise abuse, pain, hurt, trauma or demons in them..
Matthew 16:23
But Jesud turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.
Jesus knew the character of Peter. Jesus knew Peter loved him and so he addressed the demonically altered ego. Rather than reject, condemn or castigate a believer, see the darkness or demons in them and simply command the demons to leave... Get thee behind me satan!
My husband was adamant about going to our homeland to help his friend in the presidency. God gave me 2 divine instructions. A prophet gave him also 2 or 3 of dame divine instruction. After I prayed and counselled and he would not bulge. I surrendered. If I had recognised the presence of demons wired to steal his joy at the edge of breakthrough, I would have fought more. The lion in me would have risen to say NEVER. When he died, guess who suffered the pain and hurt, me.
The young ones here are blessed to have Godled parents instructing you, please do not take it for granted and do not be arrogant. Proverbs 29:1 states that a person who is repeatedly corrected but refuses to listen will be suddenly and irreversibly destroyed. Such destruction affects us all because we are denied the value of your positive impact or input in our lives. I never recognised the pain in my husband's past. I never recognised demonic influence contrived to murder his ministry and mission.
But the sin or o.mission or commission should never keep you stranded. The abuse your parents or spouses experienced which made them abusive or the hurt from others which hardened you negatively or strengthened you positively, should never mar your mission. The condescension of others should never destroy your vision.
“In those days people will no longer say, ‘The parents have eaten sour grapes, and the children’s teeth are set on edge.’" Prophets Ezekiel and Jeremiah explicitly rejected the saying that transfered blame, stating that individuals are responsible for their own sins and will be judged accordingly, not by the actions of their parents. The current generation is never to suffer because of the sins of their ancestors. The proverbs projects a shifting of blame and avoidance of personal accountability. As the prophets declared a new era, I have come to declare to you that you have no excuse! Why? Jesus paid the capital price so you can have life more abundantly!

To anyone who is yet to know God, all we have talked about may elude you. You cannot receive healing by your own mind. For midpoint to happen you need to surrender your life to Jesus Christ. You cannot pass off trouble, trials and tests to stwp u to triumph without making God your ally. If you won't pass off the little tests trying to well up anger or aggression aa a result of your past pain, you may never see the testimonies or triumphs over your past pain. If you do not surrender to God it would be impossible to recognise petty issues wired to distract you from purpose battles. God is worthy of all praise! He who repackaged me from pain to praise blessed me with grace and he can bless you too.
You may be a believer who needs to rededicate his or her life, come Jesus is here for you. You need Jesus to keep your spiritual glasses on, so that your vision will not be distorted from focus. You need God to help you keep your mouth shut so you do not confess negatively to reengineer the evil projections upon your life. You need the Holy Spirit to know when to give expression to the lamb or lion in you. You should not be roaring when you should be resting. Knoq that holding on to pain is contrived to distract you from your purpose. FOCUS.
